Rang Retravision this afternoon to order a fridge, and the guy who answered was super helpful. Promised to ring me back with details, and did so almost immediately. After a terrible experience with GG, Retravision will be getting all my business from now on.

Just bought a TV and a few other items from the store with the help of Jeremy. His service was magnificent and helped us in deciding the best buys.

Purchased everthing for our new kitchen from Joondalup Retravision, Jeremy was very helpful to the point that when we finally decided, we insisted on him, we had to make some changes to appliances it was not a problem everything was followed up with a call or email, and just recently when insatlling the fridge there was an issue i rang Jeremy he organised with electrolux to have technician sent round. To be honest everyone there was very helpful and friendly.

Recently purchased air conditioner at Retravision Joondalup.big thank you to James for excellent service & product knowledge which was very helpful. James also arranged prompt delivery and installation. Thanks will return to this store.

Bought my new oven here after being offered an unbelievable price, better than anywhere else including online retailers. Had a minor problem with it after installation and the customer service I received when getting it sorted out was outstanding- immediate assistance from the store and new oven delivered and installed without any hassles. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the staff I dealt with but it was the best service I have ever received. This store will now be my go-to for all future electronic purchases, will be recommending to everyone

Yesterday morning I went to store to click and collect a microwave. On arrival I was immediately approached by a young man asking how he could help. He arranged to collect the item which proved to be bigger and bulky than I expected. He kindly offered to carry it out to my car. It was windy and rainy and to make matters worse the carton wouldn't fit into boot. He went over and beyond to eventually get it into back seat. Great service.

Went in this morning for a dryer & was squared away with in minutes. Dude at the desk deserves a payrise for his quality customer service!
