My wife and I were not pressured into buying something we didn’t want. We asked where the fridges are. We were told if we if we needed any help to ask. The staff were very friendly. It was a relaxed experience. We will definitely shop there again.

Jay was really great, bit if a mix up with my order, I could tell Jay was doing his best to resolve it so I was ok with it, I'd definitely still shop here because of Jays service.

Had what I'd call "old school" service experience. My item wasn't in stock and the salesman immediately found it at the wharehouse and arranged fast delivery to his store for me to pick up. Some places it's such a drama to do this now days, this was a pleasant surprise and easy transaction. Highly recommend.

Perhaps because of Covid-19 there were less staff than really needed but it took a while to some attention at the till. Then the product I brought to the till thinking it was $37 turned out to be $100 because of inadequate shelf signage. I bought one for half that price which was okay in the end but it was less than a good retail experience.

This is the second time I’ve called the Team at Joondalup! I’ve only been in Perth a few years so will always return when I find great service! Amazing work from Yianni, he was so great! Thankyou

Nice staff and Bluetooth speaker I bought was considerably cheaper than other major stores. Plus the staff informed me I get a 5 percent discount for being an RAC member.brilliant.

Good phone and helpful manner by James to a country caller. Paid a deposit on quickly needed purchase (not available locally unfortunately) and next day it was loaded into the ute by 2 staff and off to new home.

Hands down the best customer service.
No question was too tricky or annoying. Solid advice and such a friendly helpful attitude. Was about to go and buy our fridge from one of the competitors and Retravision came to mind.
A call and the fridge saga was resolved with the best service and PRICE I could find. Then even after the sale was done, I thought perhaps we had missed something specs wise, Yianni put my mind at ease and made a couple of calls to confirm the specs I had some extra questions on.
