Been there a couple of times and the staff are nice and helpful.
I wouldn’t hesitate going back there in the future.

Despite receiving above expectations service in store, choosing their AC installer was a HUGE mistake. Whatever you buy DONT use their installers.
You will also be on your own dealing with them despite Retravision takes installation $$$.

Great experience today. Found what I was looking for online - called up to check the store’s availability. They answered quickly and James was super helpful. He more than made the sale. And also got me 5% off for mentioning the RAC member discount, which as a member, I didn’t even realise I had!

Very helpful stafmember. The item I wanted was not on the shelf in spite of the wesite information mentioning "stock available". Speaking to the lady behind the counter she immediately checked and after a while she located the missing goods in the warehouse. Not giving up.well done

After believing I had received excellent customer service I have changed my mind and am rewriting my review to reflect the complete lack of customer service and good will shown by Retravision in Joondalup. Ordered a new washing machine on Monday which I was told would be delivered today. With contact being made the day before Wednesday 1st February 2023 with a delivery window in order to ensure that there would be someone available to sign for delivery & then a call when the delivery driver was approximately 30 minutes away. However I didn't receive a call on Wednesday as expected with the delivery window and thought that it was just forgotten due to the fact Retravision is a large company and usually have excellent customer service, so this morning on what was meant to be delivery day of my new washing machine I call the store first thing expected to be told that it had indeed just fallen through the cracks and that my new washing machine was indeed coming today. Only to be told that for some reason despite only being purchased Monday 30th January and booked for delivery Thursday 2nd February, the customer service person I spoke to this morning said that they had made a mistake and booked it for delivery January 2nd 2023 now given the mistake was made on their side I expected this to be corrected only to be told that I won't be getting my new washing machine today as requested nor would it be delivered tomorrow. That I have to wait until Saturday for delivery and that's not even guaranteed. This is not how you get reviews or loyal customers, the mistake was on your company's side of the transaction and it should be corrected accordingly not be told that there is no guarantee of delivery within the time period agreed upon at purchase.

The customer service at Retravision Joondalup is outstanding. We came in to look at a Samsung washing machine and Daniel was excellent. We really enjoyed his non-pushy approach; he answered all our questions and he even price-matched without us asking. A real asset to Retravision.

Also, a shout out to Michael the friendly delivery driver who was quick, efficient, but also very careful. It's rare to find such good service these days - Retravision Joondalup you have won our repeat custom!
