Booked it for one night stay and stayed at river view room. Rooms looks old but clean and tidy. Room has TV, mini fridge, microwave, kettle, ironing board and hair dryer. Provided all toiletries except tooth paste. Lakeside Restaurant is good. You can hire a bicycle for ride and can go for walk in the forest to water falls. Over all experience is good and won't mind coming back.

The new caravan park is INCREDIBLE, quiet, friendly people, the amenities are immaculate, laundry available even though a tad pricey at $4 a washing load and the same for the drier
The kitchen is stunning, large balcony area, log fire, multiple ovens, microwaves, stove tops and fridge/freezers you can put your stite number on and use
Amenities cleaned twice a day while we were there, kangaroos everywhere, site pads in perfect condition and a great size, gated park, hose points and taps all have lights on them
Definitely staying here more often the price is great for 5+ nights if you are an RAC member
Enjoyed our honeymoon here

Stayed at the new caravan park, very tranquil, great size sites, power and water worked well on site. However, it is very much new and obviously the manager has not actually stayed on site, caravanning or camping. There is no pressure in the women's showers, the site markings to identify your site is near impossible to see, especially at night. There are no lights to direct you to the toilet block or from kitchen at night along the road. The female toilets have one sanitary bin. The bathrooms are closed fro. 9 to 10, and check out is at 10am.makes no sense if u want a quick toilet trip before enough leave. The receptionist girls were very helpful and friendly. As was the restaurant staff. But there are signs no parking for caravan guest parking past the disc golf! So a bit of a hike up a hill for the oldies if you follow the sign rules. It is a good 1.2km walk from caravan park to the restaurant and activities area, it would be good if there was a shuttle from caravan park to the resort itself. Some quick things to improve and I'd be giving 5 stars. Kitchen is well resourced. Everything is clean

Lovely place to spend some time with nature (Greenary, water falls, forest, lake, parrots and kangaroo) with no network signal however we can get the wifi signals. Only problem toilets and showers were not cleaned

Suberb forest setting, overlooking the fabulous Beedelup Lake. Chalets are neat and tidy. Very functional with most amenities available in the cabins. Highly recommend.

We had exciting hopes for a great activity filled stay at Karri Valley, however, we soon realised it is not suitable for very young children. They could not do any of the activities there. The playground was a high slide platform right at the edge of the water and that’s it. My nearly 3 yo didn’t even play on it let alone our 18month old.
They don’t understand the boat and fishing, no baby seat on bikes so we couldn’t ride
The farm animal area was not cleaned as even the feeder apologised! It just looked neglected and The animals were walking around in there own mess.
The paddocks grass was up to our knees.
The oval with the archery looked abandoned with ripped chairs stuck under the gazebo and the oval itself we couldn’t even play with our ball or frisbee as there was wildlife droppings everywhere.
The mini golf area again looked neglected with leaves everywhere.
Although the weather didn’t help there really wasn’t much to do and my kids watched tv most of the time in the cabin.
We had to ask for extra blankets, firelighters, cooking oil etc. (we got butter which we were charged for)
Not sure if it was understaffed but not worth what we paid and definitely not suitable place for toddlers. We ended up cutting our stay short and headed home early.

Reasonable value. Found it was a bit noisy and would have liked a privacy screen on the balcony. However great place for families.
Beautiful grounds, great walk, and good water activities on the lake.

It should be noted it is remote, and mobile telephone connection is only available for Telstra customers. Internet is available.

Such a beautiful place, gorgeous location, great restaurant with lovely food. Professional, friendly and lovely staff.

Recently working as a Wedding Stylist at Karri Valley Resort, we had such a great experience working with Lucy, the Weddings and Events Coordinator. Lucy was so professional, accommodating and nothing was ever a hassle.

We look forward to many more Elopements/Weddings at RAC Karri Valley Resort, thank you very much.

Great facilities at the camp grounds/ caravan park! Modern and clean amenities with awesome shared common areas and heaps for kids to do. Nestled on rolling green hills with streams running through the park and plenty of space for kids to ride their bikes.

Such a beautiful spot for a family getaway. Gorgeous views from the chalets. We stayed in on up the top a 2 bedroom unit. Was perfect and enjoyed our stay very much. Water sports include the canoes, boating, kayaking and water bikes. So much wildlife. The birds are so friendly and you can feed them by hand, even the Kookaburras. They are such gentle birds. Will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommended.

So far the best place for us to setup tent as a family of 3 adults and 2 kids.very accommodating staff.tidiest common kitchen we have ever used.and very accessible utilities.

Amazing forest surrounds and closeby lake and activities.

Worth the money and time to go to.specially awesome in spring / winter.

Caravan park section is awesome! What a terrific spot! Grass or concrete pads.plenty of excellent bathrooms and such a well equipped camp kitchen - better quality than my house! Take your own frypan and plate. Good laundry $4 per load.
Kangaroos boxing was interesting. Forest all around. I liked it very much

Filthy place, rude customer service, toilets and showers were not cleaned properly. Very unpleasant experience due to the response of canoing services. I saw a kid almost drowned and they just came to collect there canoe but not to help the kid. Life is way important then a Canoe.

Just love this place, had been many years since last here and didn't disappoint. Like anywhere atm staff was an issue in the Dining Room. But still enjoyable.

New Park. Visited with our van. Half the sites have concrete slabs others grass. Small ablution blocks might struggle to cope with a full camp. Great to have no dogs around. Some mud about due to wet weather.
