Dropped my car for logbook service.
Oil, oil filter and fuel filter was changed AND this was not Logbook schedule. Not happy as all of the above items were replaced at Isuzu 10,000 ago. Sadly RAC were unable to read and follow the logbook for Isuzu.

Despite how stupid busy mechanical businesses are, after a tow they got me back on the road much quicker than any other would! Excellent service!

Great friendly service. Mechanic Ben was super efficient, knew his parts and prices and was just a nice friendly fella.

After many years of being a loyal customer, I'm sorry to say I won't recommend them to anyone. I had my car serviced a week ago and found the car hard to start, turns out it was a faulty part (generic not a genuine part) that had been installed. This is actually the third time this has happened so I'm sorry to say I won't go there anymore.

Absolute ripoff. Quoted $3750+ without even looking at the car. The car sat in the back of the workshop and wasnot repaired for another 2 weeks after that. When I asked for a detailed diagnosis they sent me a ridiculous amount of problems listed and mind you they hadn’t even looked at the car!
Requested to cancel the job and the guy got very RUDE about it!

Got the car towed to my regular mechanic, it was fixed the next day. It was a faulty thermostat and overflow bottle. Paid $478 vs $3750!

RAC wanted to replace the radiator, the air conditioner element and heater element and more things!

Booked in a 10,000km service at RAC Joondalup prior to a 4 week long trip up to the Kimberley's of Western Australia. One day into the trip, the radiator exploded damaging the fan as well in the process, requiring the car to be towed. Upon inspection, it was shown that clear cracks had been missed by the service team at RAC leading to the explosion. A new radiator and installation cost me $1400. On top of this, my broken handbrake was not fixed alongside my breaks which needed tightening, both very important safety features to have in good nick. Not taking my car back here again!

The service at RAC Winton Rd Joondalup is excellent and all the staff are friendly and thorough in their work with customers. From the moment you arrive the service is very good. I used the courier transport which was also excellent. I was informed of the progress with phone calls and was picked up at my door to take me back to pick up my car. A couple of things were explained to me thoroughly and prices of said future work was given. I was very impressed and will certainly book my car back in very soon. Thank you to all the staff.

I have never been so well looked after than at RAC Joondalup.

Great customer service with RAC Auto services in Joondalup. I had to bring my car there while dealing with my warranty company to help pay for costs and they were so patient and worked with me while I got things sorted and were happy to assist in any way they could This is a service you come to when you don't want hassles or the stress some other mechanics can give you.

Untrustworthy and dishonesty. Be cautious with their verbal quoting and called-up for extra service request. Experienced by a repeat customer with dissapointment!

Absolutely disgusting! As an RAC member I called up for a quote for a standard log book service. I usually go to Galleria Toyota I'm Morley which costs me $249 but as I am so far pregnant I didn't want to travel that far. They quoted me (at first) $800+ dollars for my service. I used there website to get another quote because the admin I was talking to was so rude when I told her there must be a mistake. The online quote was $365 (approx) I still was confused as to the price so I did another online quote this time they quoted me just under $1100. I am absolutely appalled and disappointed by this it's a joke and how they get business is beyond me. Highly recommend looking elsewhere. Will definitely no be getting my insurance done here next year or anything for that matter.

Dropped off my Hilux for a logbook service today. First time using RAC auto services and I have to say it won't be the last. From the first online booking, through to the phone call confirmation and then a very quick turn around on the service my experience was first rate. Not only was my log book signed, a complete list of what was done was provided for my records. Plus, a very reasonable quote for my tyres which are needing replacement was provided.

When it came to the cost, and as an RAC member, this was even better than expected much lesd than what I've been charged by others in the past. If you haven't checked out your next service from RAC I strongly suggest you do.

Took my car for servicing to this place for the first time and had a great experience. Appreciate the ongoing clear communication by Mel. Will definitely come back!

A Great, prompt and outmost friendly service from the team at RAC Joondalup when my car’s transmission had an electrical failure.

But,
I was quoted $2,500 to fix the fault. I decided to get a second opinion elsewhere and was quoted $1200 for the exact same fix. It was unfortunate to see how much over the top this quote was compared to the second quote I had.

RAC members, had a car problem, RAC refused the work, apparently too big a job for them to want to do. Told us to go elsewhere.
