The foreman is a joke. His son did an apprenticeship as well.
I used to go home in tears with the disgusting way he treated me and management did nothing to stop it.

Not even head office did anything.

The staff were incredibly helpful in sorting out a very last minute issue with my car, and were able to get the problem fixed in no time at all.

Thanks Guys, was a great experience! Very friendly staff. The complimentary car wash and vacuum was a nice bonus!

Helped with my alternator issue, was still "under warranty"and so they replaced and worked on it for free and they allowed for my car to be booked in on the day. You won't find better customer service and mechanic in Joondalup, look nowhere else, and if your a RAC member you get a discount.

Rip off warning! My Daughter had an issue with the idle being too high. They couldn’t work out what was wrong with it so got in a specialist which cost my daughter $150 then said it was the idle motor. Quoted my daughter a ridiculous price of $980 and told her it was a huge job and was forcing her on the spot to book it in. Lucky I knew a little to know this was an absolute rip off. The whole part took 10min to fix and costs only $200 from another mechanic. Called the manager to complain but he was rude and didn’t really care. She has been a member since driving but will never use RAC repairers ever again.

I was extremely satisfied with my vehicle service, as I always have been in the past. My particular vehicle concerns were explained to me and some major necessary repairs were effected quickly within a week efficiently at a fair and reasonable price. Courtesy was shown at all times. My car had issues starting and they were able to squeeze me in to assess straight away. Communication throughout was excellent and price was below expectations. Very happy:)

The staff were pleasant to and informative to talk to. It was great to get the shuttle bus home

The tow guy was really nice and helpful, but it took three phone calls before the taxi finally arrived!

They found the issue in my car without going to the need replacement option straight away. And didn't charge me an absolute fortune. Affordable and very good to work with.

Very happy with RAC services, car had electrical issues and was unable to unlock - lovely Steve came within an hour and helped me out whilst diagnosing the problem too! Gave me some advice too - overall amazing service. Thanks RAC! Also the lovely lady I spoke to on the phone for the roadside assistance! 100% recommend and happy.

I had a full service done at the Joondalup service center, from the initial Hello to the last Hurrah it was perfect, these Guys and Gal are professional and very approachable and a great team xx

The customer service on weekends are the worst. They did not explain me anything and mentioned that it was according to my log book service (no harm to explain your customer).

While booking they did not mention that on Saturday, they will only do servicing nothing will be detected on weekends. They wants me to come back again on weekdays to detect the problem and service it again.

I am not recommending anyone.

Hopeless. I sat on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone for 30mins.
I was ringing to give them my business so not great for them.

Car was booked in for a regular service. Had a call during the service to notify that my brake pads and brake rotors required replacing. The car's 5 years old so brake pads didn't surprise me. However, I questioned the rotors. Informed them not too change them as I wanted to get an independent quote from a family member who's a mechanic. He couldn't service the vehicle at the time due to work commitments. He then checked both brake pads and rotors thoroughly and said "both are nowhere near replacement stage". I was going to be charged an additional $595 on top of my regular service to swap these items.

I don't want kind of system they're running, but I sure as hell won't be returning. Dishonest, untrustworthy, incentivised driven service.

Took my car for a log book service and got told my rear brakes and rotors need changing and they wanted to charge me $595. I got a second opinion from another mechanic to be told that nothing was wrong. Wont be going back or recommending

I’d like to thank and highly recommend Tom who was doing the mobile servicing from the Joondalup location who came to my house to service my car. Very friendly and professional, he really gave my car a thorough going over, fixed up heaps of stuff and explained what he’d done and why. I’m really happy with the level of service and professionalism. On a hot day to boot. Much appreciated!
