Very very disappointed, made an appointment this morning for my son, when he arrived after spending a lot of money on an uber, was told his appointment had to be cancelled, the reception said they tried to ring, but the number was wrong, i did advise them of change of details & they could have phoned back on my number, I had just rang them on.he was offered another appointment 3 hours later, but being in a lot of pain (he has just got out of hospital) he couldnt wait that long and left.
Wont be going back.

Very happy with this Medical Center, I can highly recommend. Karen and Jodi at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Greta costumer service.

The last Dr I saw here (who was not my regular DR, as i couldn't get in with them) was very rude, condescending and judgmental. Wasn't interested in the issue i came in about and went on about other things irrelevant to the issue. Left me feeling like i wasted her precious time and i left feeling really low and upset. Not what I came to spend my $80.00 on. Wish i never bothered.

It seems I'm no longer wanted, my doctor retired as as to see another doctor. So was told I'd have to wait 6 weeks to for an appointment. So I asked a friend that does not have a doctor there to make contact was given an appointment the very day. It seems as I don't get sick enough to be seen by an doctor

Dr Bradley is absolutely fabulous with my mother's care and has improved her quality of life dramatically over the last 5 or 6 years. Fantastic!

Some good and some really rubbish doctor's at the centre do your research online. I have found dr Adrian Zentner, he's a true professional knows his stuff and is a true champion.

Never had an issue with any of the GP's here, they've treated myself and my two young boys many times and always been very professional.

I have a great relationship with Dr Barrett. My son who is Autistic also has a great relationship with him. The practice works very hard to look after us whether thru the phone or the website. I cannot say enough how happy Iam with Dr Barrett and the staff.

I particularly recommend Dr Keaney and Dr Niamh Leonard. Although I have been to many of the other doctors and have always had positive interactions. Admin staff are pleasant and helpful

Switched gp's at this clinic; had symptoms of being ill for 2 months and bloods and samples done. Left a message at the clinic after not hearing from dr.after a reasonable amount of time had passed, asking her to call. Called again the next day (a wednesday) and the receptionist said "yes your results are in and the dr would like to see you to discuss". Why the dr.didn't call me, esp after leaving two messages, is beyond me. Her next appt.was the next tues so had to wait almost a week. Ridiculous. If anyone can suggest a good gp please do as I'm losing faith in this place.

Dr Keaney is great! I have been seeing her for years! They sometimes run late, but I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door to make up time! I would rather attend a clinic that runs late, but cares than one where there is no rapport with patients!

I see Dr Zentner who is one of the few doctors who knows (and cares) anything about specifically male health issues. I would highly recommend him. I have never been kept waiting beyond my appointment time in numerous visits there over the past few years. Staff are generally quite helpful.

I went here once for a specific medical issue and the Dr was condescending, rude, and in the end refused to help me. I went elsewhere and was able to get the referral I needed. I do not recommend this place; it's impersonal, the staff are rude and you're treated like a number rather than a person.

My partner saw three different doctors at this surgery regarding her deteriorating health all three doctors blamed her condition on stress and diet and refused to look further into the condition. I was un happy with the outcome of all three doctors diagnosis and saw another gp and immediately he started the process of tests and the condition has now been identified as a cancer. It's hard to find a good gp these days all I can say is if your not happy with a diagnosis keep going until you do.

Doctor was rude and condescending to my partner and showed more interest in the suburb we live in despite being a lower earning area we deserve to have the same treatment and respect the upper class recieve here. This was our second visit this week after another GP had turned us away with no treatment options for heavy cold my partner is experiencing do not recommend this clinic.

For some reason my previous review seems to have been removed.

When we first moved to the area, we were quiet impressed that they had openings, all the other local bicton and attadale gp surguries weren't taking on new patients and boy were the receptionists rude on the phone about telling us. So as an over rating the friendly receiptionist here earned you 1 star.

The doctors (oh I tried different one's wasn't happy) however do not get any stars, because they are not worthy of being GPs. All you will get from these GPs is watching the clock, no effort to diagnose any issues and just blame it on the usual (not that all these apply to me) but smoking, drinking, weight or stress. They will then refer you for a blood test, then charge you for another appointment to get the result, which they will then offer no doctors opinion and blame the above again and the circle continues.

This clinic is just for churning out appoinments and not interested in going into depth whatso ever.

Advice find another GP, we now travel 30mins to a GP in hammond park who are actual GP's that know how to diagnose health issues.

If I was a GP at this super clinic or I suppose it is abit like a "battery chicken" type environment there I would go another clinic were of was more of a free range GP and my talents could be used to help people.

I can see this practice gets a few 1 star ratings for wait times.it is a busy clinic. Receptionists are relatively friendly and I haven't had issues with them, but not the greatest customer service (probably due to how busy they are normally). I see Dr. David Syed who is an INCREDIBLE doctor and is the reason I still go to this practice despite moving. I've seen two other doctors here and wasn't overly impressed as I was just rushed out the door with (what I felt) wasn't a proper check into my health and concerns. Dr. Syed is friendly, caring, charismatic doctor, who no matter how busy he is, will probably take care of you and look into your concerns. Downside is it is really hard sometimes to get an appointment with him, usually minimum 2 weeks away, but trust me it is worth it due to his professionalism and knowledge. I had a rash once that turned out to be a condition called "Pityriasis Lichenoides" that 3 other doctors had said were scabies, allergic reaction and scabies despite me saying it was not itchy and I did not feel ill. Dr. Syed was the one who took me seriously and got a skin sample, various blood tests and a urine sample, and figured out what was actually going on. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Dr. Syed if you can, he truly is great. My 5 stars are based purely on him.

Has been my medical center for over a decade (Mainly for GP, but they have a physio, dentist, pediatric/radiology room and even a pharmacy (Though I would caution you to go to a different pharmacy if pricing is an issue.) Though they have gone through quite a few of the desk-staff that you get to know, sadly many are getting degrees at the same time so at times you might not get that happy sensation of the staff remembering your name, details, etc. I highly recommend it** - the only other bad things I can see in other reviews is that they had to wait - Yes this is a reality in nearly all medical centers and they and more than happy for you to call up ahead of time to get a better estimate on timing; either way, it'll be worth the wait for the deep, knowledgeable care you get from them.

**This review is very subjective as I highly recommend Dr. Syed, he is the busiest doctor there for good reason! The review is based around my experience with him and the reception, I cannot vouch for any other doctors there and if I had to see a different doctor I would probably change clinic!
