I made a booking to see a doctor, told to come 15 mins early to fill out the forms. When I arrived I was told that the booking wasn’t on record, only some notes. Receptionist was offhand and dismissive. I was offered a later booking which I declined. It was very annoying so I decided to seek an appointment with a more organised clinic. After reading the reviews I see that I was lucky not to have the appointment.

I’ve been coming here for a few months, and have seen multiple doctors with mostly poor experiences. The receptionists have mostly been friendly, I had one bad experience where one was very rude but mostly they’ve been very nice. I’m not sure why, but two of the female doctors I’ve seen there were condescending, rarely in my life has someone spoken to me like I’m stupid but on 3 separate occasions they have, however one of them was very friendly during a phone consult so perhaps she just had a bad day the first time. Dr Paul Moein has always been friendly when I’ve seen him.
I very much disliked my conversation with the manager after they charged me for a service I didn’t actually ask for and expected me to know it would be charged. She wasn’t even mildly helpful and dismissed any counter argument I had as though I didn’t even speak. I actually felt like she wasn’t listening to what I was saying because her responses were so unhelpful although she assured me she understood what I was asking.

The nurses are absolutely lovely. I sincerely hope they get treated with respect because they’re so patient and wonderful.

I will definitely try and find a new practice despite the convenience of this one because I really don’t like it here. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Second time there taking my customer Doctors were very busy and not in a good mood. Not friendly at all. Narrow carpark with no enough bays not even enough disabled parking.

This place cudnt organise a party at a pub. After 4failed attempts for a referal for a colonoscopy a rejection from Fremantle Hospital for an eye proceedure that they got wrong in the first place that no one bothered to convey Ive had it. If thats good medical service then I’m definitely on the move. Poor service follow up indeed

Without recourse
Latest update >> this is great reading.:)

The reception asked I not return to see the Doctors at the Clinic.

Well that's a relief because I am a Cancer patient only asking for a script when the reception staff mishandled my request, and they feel guilty I suppose about their mistakes.

To make it worse the Doctor whom I met three days later to give me an injection, didn't even look at me in the eye and ask any questions about how I was feeling as a patient or anything while I am battling my disease.

Lovely manners, lovely courtesy, lovely care as my doctor?

I am perusing this with the Centre Manager, I will update as it progresses.

I have had the misfortune of seeing a particular female doctor here twice. And twice she has acted like I was a waste of her time. Rudely cutting me off while describing symptoms and completely humiliating my partner who came with me for support. Such a shame because I have seen other doctors here who are very welcoming and communicate with empathy and sincerity.
If you’re booking an appointment, chose any doctor except Dr Joanne Keaney

Don't bother making an appointment, just walk in and you get seen before those that have an appointment. Had I not walked out after 40 minutes I would have been waiting 80 minutes. Didn't even have the courtesy to tell me doctor was busy with 'walk in patients'. Then I get a call asking where I was and was put on hold, I hung up after 5 minutes. These guys seem to think the world revolves around them an if the doctor wants to practice emergency medicine he is in the wrong place. In a word 'hopeless'

Extremely disappointing, both doctor and staff.
No effort was made in establishing a cause or indeed treatment for my illness.
Billing procedures are impertinent.
One star is one too many.

Booking system is failing this practice.
Previously you could talk to people that were familiar with doctors, their names and other products that were dealt with at the practice.

Updated rating re: 2020. Has been my medical center for over a decade (Mainly for GP, but they have a physio, dentist, pediatric/radiology room and even a pharmacy (Though I would caution you to go to a different pharmacy if pricing is an issue.) Though they have gone through quite a few of the desk-staff that you get to know, sadly many are getting degrees at the same time so at times you might not get that happy sensation of the staff remembering your name, details, etc. I highly recommend it** - the only other bad things I can see in other reviews is that they had to wait - Yes this is a reality in nearly all medical centers and they and more than happy for you to call up ahead of time to get a better estimate on timing; either way, it'll be worth the wait for the deep, knowledgeable care you get from them.

My Original 5 star: **This review is very subjective as I highly recommend Dr. Syed, he is the busiest doctor there for good reason! The review is based around my experience with him and the reception, I cannot vouch for any other doctors there and if I had to see a different doctor I would probably change clinic!

Very very disappointed, made an appointment this morning for my son, when he arrived after spending a lot of money on an uber, was told his appointment had to be cancelled, the reception said they tried to ring, but the number was wrong, i did advise them of change of details & they could have phoned back on my number, I had just rang them on.he was offered another appointment 3 hours later, but being in a lot of pain (he has just got out of hospital) he couldnt wait that long and left.
Wont be going back.

The last Dr I saw here (who was not my regular DR, as i couldn't get in with them) was very rude, condescending and judgmental. Wasn't interested in the issue i came in about and went on about other things irrelevant to the issue. Left me feeling like i wasted her precious time and i left feeling really low and upset. Not what I came to spend my $80.00 on. Wish i never bothered.

It seems I'm no longer wanted, my doctor retired as as to see another doctor. So was told I'd have to wait 6 weeks to for an appointment. So I asked a friend that does not have a doctor there to make contact was given an appointment the very day. It seems as I don't get sick enough to be seen by an doctor

Switched gp's at this clinic; had symptoms of being ill for 2 months and bloods and samples done. Left a message at the clinic after not hearing from dr.after a reasonable amount of time had passed, asking her to call. Called again the next day (a wednesday) and the receptionist said "yes your results are in and the dr would like to see you to discuss". Why the dr.didn't call me, esp after leaving two messages, is beyond me. Her next appt.was the next tues so had to wait almost a week. Ridiculous. If anyone can suggest a good gp please do as I'm losing faith in this place.

I went here once for a specific medical issue and the Dr was condescending, rude, and in the end refused to help me. I went elsewhere and was able to get the referral I needed. I do not recommend this place; it's impersonal, the staff are rude and you're treated like a number rather than a person.

My partner saw three different doctors at this surgery regarding her deteriorating health all three doctors blamed her condition on stress and diet and refused to look further into the condition. I was un happy with the outcome of all three doctors diagnosis and saw another gp and immediately he started the process of tests and the condition has now been identified as a cancer. It's hard to find a good gp these days all I can say is if your not happy with a diagnosis keep going until you do.

Doctor was rude and condescending to my partner and showed more interest in the suburb we live in despite being a lower earning area we deserve to have the same treatment and respect the upper class recieve here. This was our second visit this week after another GP had turned us away with no treatment options for heavy cold my partner is experiencing do not recommend this clinic.

For some reason my previous review seems to have been removed.

When we first moved to the area, we were quiet impressed that they had openings, all the other local bicton and attadale gp surguries weren't taking on new patients and boy were the receptionists rude on the phone about telling us. So as an over rating the friendly receiptionist here earned you 1 star.

The doctors (oh I tried different one's wasn't happy) however do not get any stars, because they are not worthy of being GPs. All you will get from these GPs is watching the clock, no effort to diagnose any issues and just blame it on the usual (not that all these apply to me) but smoking, drinking, weight or stress. They will then refer you for a blood test, then charge you for another appointment to get the result, which they will then offer no doctors opinion and blame the above again and the circle continues.

This clinic is just for churning out appoinments and not interested in going into depth whatso ever.

Advice find another GP, we now travel 30mins to a GP in hammond park who are actual GP's that know how to diagnose health issues.

If I was a GP at this super clinic or I suppose it is abit like a "battery chicken" type environment there I would go another clinic were of was more of a free range GP and my talents could be used to help people.
