As with any business, mistakes can happen; I ordered late, and didn't have the best experience. Ash, the owner, went out of his way not only to remedy the situation, but to tell me what events caused the delay in my order, and explaining the steps he has taken to assure it does not happen.
I will absolutely give these guys a second chance as I honestly believe it's a once off - good to see someone take ownership of the problem, and ensure it does not happen again.
