Pizza Hut Wanneroo

I always get my Vegetarian Pizza from Wanneroo, they make it to my taste spicy. Ash is nice person and has good customer service.
I have tried many places, but found the Best at Pizza hut Wanneroo.

Terrible terrible terrible. Wasn’t until after I paid for my order was I told there would be a 2 hour wait. After 2 hours called to check where the pizzas were and they said they were on there way, another 20 mins went by and we finally received our order. It was cold, garlic bread was stale, there was absolutely no toppings on the pizza either. Ordered a super supreme and there was no joke, 5 pieces of pineapple, 3 slices of capsicum, 4 slices of pepperoni….
Gave feedback, the store manager called me and basically claimed I was lying as there ‘was no way it could be cold or stale’. Told me that it was impossible for this to happen. He then asked if I had ‘photographic evidence’, I did take a photo of the pizza so I sent it to him. He was not friendly and basically was disputing everything I said. I explained I understood that being a Friday it would be busy therefore a long wait, but 2 and a half hours of waiting is ridiculous especially when you are only told after you have paid. Do not recommend to anyone and suggest no one goes here.

Ordered food for delivery waited 2 hours and no show. Email sent from them to say delivered and enjoy your food! Rang them and they advised they tried to contact us, address was showing in America but they didnt we had no contact at all! Will never order again!

So It was decided to close at 8pm on a Friday therefore no delivery or pick-up. Calling to find out why, the response was, sorry, we decided to close early, asking the reason, no reason! How bad is that! I guess our Friday night Pizza order will go elsewhere from now onwards!

We have ordered many times, if you go and collect it ok but there delivery service is a joke. We have had no shows and had pizza sat for almost an hour waiting to be collected.

Pizza arrived cold, when I called the store to complain the store manager called me a liar and hung up on me. Absolutely disgraceful.

Hi, I normally order pizza from here, but after my last order I will never order from this rundown store again, and DO NOT ORDER THERE PASTA, they are expensive and not worth the time and effort to get them. I oder said Pasta thinking it would be great, what I got was UNCOOKED PASTA/ oven dried pasta, and the real kicker, when I went back too the store to try to sort this out, the manager tried to prove to me that this is acceptable quality. Even though I could prove that the PASTA THAT WAS BLAND AND UNCOOKED. Hey then refused me a refund for this poor excuse for a pasta. And that is why I won't be going there again. Oh and don't get me started on not being able to FRICKIN contact the store when needed! ITS USELESS.

I love the food at pizza hut but what would make pizza huts experience better is to hook up some speakers and play some music for the customers. Plus I saw one of your workers working very hard sweeping the floor 100% good job to them. The thing is the job would be much quicker with an electric chargeable vacuum makes to job so much easier and sucks up all that dirt and things on that dirty floor.thankyou for pizza huts customer service they are doing a good job. 5/5 recommend

Poor service, the employee was rude, unreliable and handled the dough with his bare hands during a pandemic. He was slow and failed to have a sense of urgency with my order when I was the only one in the store. My food was burnt and bland. The store was dirty and unprofessional. A complete disgrace to any Pizza Hut, I wish it would close down permanently.would never recommend it.

Since moving to a suburb away, I cannot order online as apparently I now live in Washington, US of A according to Pizza Hut. This has come about due to the 1990’s automated voice recognition answering my call and not understanding suburb name…,

So last time I called instead to avoid the stuff around and spoke to someone in the Phillipines (yep) who took my order for the store 1.5 kms away from my house….

And just today…. I couldn’t do the hassle of last two times, so got through to store on 13 number and advised will pick up - to find it’s $6 MORE for the deal than ordering online! I have nothing else to add except hello Domino’s!

Your employees are very good and effecient at making pizza's i belive it was Lalia, Tim and Keisha they always are happy to see me and are always fast with my food

Hard to give 5 stars because there exists better pizza in the world, but this is currently my favourite pizza in the Wanneroo area

Did not get order I asked for, called to enquire and was told the online ordering system was not their problem then was hung up on and my number blocked…… worst customer service I’ve ever encountered
never again!

Obviously there are not enough staff, the waiting time for meals on holiday night is too long, very disappointed….

Terrible service. I never get everything I ordered and it's only from pizza hut wanneroo. This is happening far too often to be an accident! Dont even bother trying to sort it out with staff they pass the blame to the delivery company but I order from many different company's and only ever had issues with pizza hut wanneroo.

Pizza took 1 hour 50 minutes to arrive, dough was soggy, coke was warm, pizza was not cut properly

Take a book and be prepared for a long wait. Actually reinforced why I hardly ever go there. Lack of hygiene by some staff handling the dough with no gloves on. Will never step foot in Pizza Hut again.

My husband and I had take away last night and we were both very disappointed and will never be going back. Terrible service, pizzas cold and tasteless, and the ribs well a rack of 4 small ribs for $10 absolutely ridiculous

Service was slow pizzas were average and didn't realise Pizza Hut slugged you with a surcharge for Sunday's and public holidays however it is in the small print on their board if you look hard enough, the shop was also full of flies which was annoying whilst we waited about 45 mins for our 2 pizzas. I'd say the shop was under staffed for how busy they were. Not likely to go there again.

Nine times out of 10 their pizzas are really nice. I just wish they had a bigger menu. Very good value for money and they only take 15 min to make a pizza.
