Pizza Hut Wanneroo

Got my order delivered they went to the wrong house then when they did end up getting to my house they forgot some of my order

Waited 40min for update then called store 6 times and got told it was at my drive way its Clearly wasn’t and called again manger picked up and said it’s not his problem and I had ordered ice cream to order also and it was fluid liquid when I received it

Definitely wasn’t happy with service and wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone especially after u pay them good money for good food and u get it cold and melted

Followed pizza app said 5 mins for delivery but actually took 20mins pizzas were cold also ordered the potato gems as part of the sides they came in a brown paper bag soaked in grease the sme bag the garlic bread was in. Rang to to tell them and was told pizzas were delivered directly from store despite screenshots of delivery driver gps going miles away nd also told there’s no boxes left so now they deliver in bags. Obviously no interest in customer satisfaction or how the food taste. Avoid at all cost orbit will cost you!

A little hectic the night I came in but after asking where my order was, the young girl behind the counter made sure I was attended to swiftly! I will return

Ordered 3 pizzas,
Nearly 2 hours later they arrive cold with barely any toppings. The 1.25L fanta was quite good though.
Poor customer service when I complained, no care factor. Worst pizza hut store in wa. Don't waste your money or time.

Charged me 25.64 for a pizza never ordered. Never got my money back, tried several times. Owner and manager just made difficult. For 25.64 this store has lost a customer forever and will recommend people do not go to this store.

The worst pizza ever, we bought two pizzas about 2 weeks ago (Hawaina and pepperoni) both of them didn't have much stuff, they were just the dough with tomatoe sauce and a bit of cheese. Very disappointed because before they were really good.

Ordered online. Store claims to have never received the order. Once I proved the cost had been taken from my bank they refused to do anything and just directed me to the complaints number which ive been on hold for now over 20 minutes. Absolutely pathetic and disgusting way to treat customers. You should be ashamed.

This store has single handedly won me back to chain pizza, it's not the best quality (can't expect perfection when paying peanuts) but they always get my order right and honestly seem to care which makes all the difference, all Pizzas look perfect and they are always friendly and professional, would definitely be going here from now on

Pathetic pizzas.
Ordered a large garlic prawn pizza the is no garlic and no aioli sauce and it took ages to get here. Cost nearly $50 for 3 pizzas garlic bread and 2 1.25 drinks. Not happy Wanneroo Pizza hut

Rang me to tell me what I ordered wasn’t available so I cancelled it. Never received any confirmation email or text saying my order was cancelled and never got my money back, I’ve been trying to get in contact with the store to rectify this and have not been able to get through at all. Never ordering from this store again.

Delivered pizza was inedible. Pizza was burnt and extremely dry. First time I’ve struck a bad pizza from them. Should never have been sent out like that.

I’m not a big fan of pizza hut but I tried there pizza and it was great. Staff are nice and service was great.

Disgusting. Over half an hour late, no phone number and the general number sends you to message bank. Clearly service is a thing of the past. Pizza passable but won't be ordering from them again

Shocking ordered the pasta with prawn. No prawn in the dish at all. The pizza was also poorly presented and not hot.

Ordered and paid. Store did not get payment. Rang store and was told to re order and this time we were charged again and no delivery available. Drove to store and they say they did not receive the order. Proved to store that we paid but their response was hands in the air and a too bad so sad.
Wanneroo store… terrible customer service. Can’t contact Pizza Hut by phone as far as complaints go… dominos from now on

Absolutely bloody terrible, ordered $110 worth of food through uber eats and the whole order was inedible, to the point our dog wouldn't even eat it.

Pizzas were good but ordered chips tasted like they were only half cooked ended up throwing them out

For customer service I'd definitely give 5 stars.
I met the manager Ash today, I called in for a gift voucher to thank a friend. He explained to me it was all on line now, I was very disappointed because I wanted to actually drop something off to this mate of mine on my way through Wanneroo.

Ash really helped me achieve this anyway without the 'inconvenience' of messing about with apps etc.

I am surly not the only person that likes a simple easy voucher in store for in thankyou cards or birthdays.

I'd like to see the old 'actual' voucher available again available in store.

I'm sick of staring at my phone for everything.

Most disorganised, unprofessional place. Never felt with such ignorant people that don't care one bit about their customers. I'm done.finding me somewhere else. What an absolute disappointment of a place, I would be ashamed to call that place my business if I owned it.
