Pizza Hut Wanneroo

Used to be my favourite store but will no longer order from here
Twice now have asked for no mushrooms as I am allergic to them and both times the pizzas have had them on them

Absolutely TERRIBLE go to another store! One week they delivered and the pizza had been either dropped or turned on its side and was inedible. Refused a refund but was given store credit.
Tonught ordered online again (thought I'd give them a second try) only to have the money taken out of my account and then after a 90min wait I called to find out where it was only to be told they hadn't received my order and said they hadn't received my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS

Don’t want to go their again and suggest to everyone don’t go there you wasting your money if you want to try I just Oder on 2 days before and the garlic bread was mouldy and the pizzas are over cooked when I contact to them the manager can’t able to understand what I’m talking about I thing he had poor English
And the deep pan Very poor quality base doughy Not much sauce

Always they make the pizza very well and never have to wait very long. This is my favorite pizza shop in north suburbian area. BIG thumb up and hoorah.

Attempted to order 6 wings. Burnt, took 15 minutes (making me miss my bus) employee was rude. Had a head phone in whilst tearing apart dough with his bare hands. Filthy. Worst pizza place around.

Completely disappointed in this place. Ordered online, money was taken but food didn’t turn up and it’s been an hr. I rang them. They fixed it another half an hr later call again and apparently there was NO ORDER. But according to this call they can only refund it.
SO after waiting an hour and a half I got nothing and then I had to wait 3 full days for the refund.

Purchased pizza last night. Was dry, burnt and barely warm. Supreme had no visible greens on it, I asked to subtract beef from supreme and it came with extra beef. Sauce was also bitter and tasted very cheap/low quality. Order also arrived 30mins late. The food made myself feel ill and after three slices I fed the remainder to my dogs. Wont be back!

Saturday night, after repeated attempts will not even pick up the phone. Eventually tried to connect through central office and they couldn't get through either. Went to Dominos instead, much more professional.

So I ordered the 'BBQ cheeseburger' and It was swimming in the bbq sauce, the base was stale and it wasn't even cut, very unimpressed, it'll be the last time I order from this store

An easy five stars for Pizza Hut Wanneroo.
Pizza Hut Wanneroo proves that its not the Corporation that makes great pizza, but rather, whoever is Managing the individual franchises; and Pizza Hut Wanneroo has very good Management. They have definitely gained a returning and continuing costumer. Thanks for all the great food.

Always get great service from Wanneroo Pizza Hut! And the pizzas actually have a good amount of toppings!

This is my favourite pizza place in the area. Always hot, on time, good value for money, clean shop, owener wants to make you happy!

I ordered a pizza and some wings at 16;53pm via the phone for delivery to my house for 18;00 pm and guess what I was waiting until 1820-1825pm and no food so I rang and asked where is my food and all that was said by them was it on its way! Hang on a minute I ordered the food and hour and 10-15 minutes before hand so the way I see it they are not going by the protocol of their phone orders so in the end I got no food to take to work so ye NOT HAPPY I will think twice about that pizza place

Have not had Pizza Hut for years, tried this one out by accident and was very pleasantly surprised. Definitely worth considering next time you order takeout.

It was a very good experience. Received gr8 customer service. Ordered a veggie pizza and got exactly what I ordered. It looked, smelled and tasted delicious. Ash helped me with my choice of toppings. I will definitely give this place a go again.

The new Manager Mr. Waqas is very dynamic and agile.
Wanneroo site will definitely prosper under his leadership.

Lovely pizza, but we tried to dine in and they did not have adequate cutlery, they had plastic sporks no knives.

Old school service with a big francise brand. Ash and his team keep that special something and provide the old fashioned personal service that gets lost too much these days with big chain franchises. The food is great and not at all the mass produced rubbish you get from other establishments. It's also great to know that you receive a warm welcome and your name is remembered, even if you don't visit for a long time. Highly recommended.

Ordered 2, got 6, charged for the lot.
If you can't hire English speaking people, go back to your Country of Origin.
