Pizza Hut Thornlie

I use to come to this store all the time, the food quality was great, pizza came in time, always cooked thru and never have I ever had a complaint.

Now since the change over on crew and management.
I ordered my pizza and i specifically said no pork, when I opened the box it had bacon. I told the crew bacon is from pig, pork. In which I had to spend more time in the store not only explaining to 3 people but to have the pizzas re made.

One point I ordered seafood, didn’t realise I had to wait for the manager who went to another pizza store to pickup prawns. I had to wait for so long I should have cancelled the order, but I wanted the pizza and go. Since that incident I been hesitant to pop in and opted out into other take out options.

Another time, pizza was cooked on time but I arrived home and the dough was a bit off from cooked, so I had to cook 6 pizzas in the oven.

Another thing Pizza Hut does not show the family pizza box anymore or make it an option until you ask. (But eh that’s a minimal complaint I have.)

Now here’s the kicker.
Family were hungry and I didn’t want to volunteer to go, so another family memeber went, she witnessed the manager picking his nose and she told him to wash his hands. After hearing that, I gave up on Pizza Hut, been a few months but I needed to write a review about this place, voice what I experienced.

No prices on your menu!
What are you HIDING.
If you can't put the prices on your menu suggests DECEPTION.
Lift your game Pizza Hut I'm going to any competitor that has the decency to show the price's after all the bottom line is MONEY

If I could give zero stars I would. Last 2 times were less than great. Lady behind counter gave me wrong change. Second time was for delivery. Was quoted delivery time of 7: 57. When it wasn't delivered by 8: 20 rang store and was told it will "be there soon". When it arrived (around 8: 30) it was not in a bag to keep it warm
Refused to take the pizza and had to drive to get my refund. No apology. Bad customer service.

Walked in and placed an order for two pizzas 18 chicken wings and 8 ceesy spud bites, at 4: 45 Monday 16th July.
At 5: 25 Finally got the order. I live less than 5 minutes away and when I got home the pizzas were cold, and the base doughy.
I tried to call the store and the phone message advised the store was temporarily closed.
Very less than impressed.

DISGUSTING SERVICE. My boyfriend drove all the way there to pick up 2 large pizzas for the price of one AS ADVERTISED on their website to be told they don't do it anymore. I called when he got home to complain about false advertising to be told they made a mistake & they do do it. Wasn't offered an apology or anything else. Barley speaks english.

Don't bother going there they have no idea how to make a pizza. Ended up with a pizza base with 3 bits of bacon. Took it back.

Waited a 1hr for cold pizza plus tryed to call the store that never picked up to top it all of i found a hair in my food

My pizza base was wet and doughy. I could practically roll the pizza into a ball with my hands. I requested to make sure it had enough pizza sauce online. In the end There was no sauce. Ate like 3 slices from the crust and a few bites of the topping with raw dough.cos I didn’t like wasting food. Threw the rest out.was a waste of $17. The only thing I got out of it was a stomach ache from eating the raw dough. Disappointed and frustrating to see they could have potential to make a delicious pizza with the benefit of having a Pizza Hut as their franchise.
