Pizza Hut Thornlie

Worst pizzas i ever had. It was ridiculous and delivery guy was very rude he just put the pizzas out of the house and go away and the smell of pizzas was very bad and they never pick the calls for complaints. Will never go order again.

Worst service ever, we ordered 10 pizza n all pizzas are totally trash n taselss and deleivey guy also so rude and didn’t come to upstairs where our party was. So disappointed and would never ever go to that shop.

So today i decided to walk my pet dinosaur and he felt hunger so took him to the shops and he said he wanted Pizza Hutt and unlike other pizza places they let him eat there with no problem

Pretty standard for a pizza chain however I was not impressed by the large amount of crust without sauce and the lack of hollandaise on this thin n crispy Butcher's Block pizza.

Pizza hut thornlie, has a very low standard customer service and i understand that it is busy or not you need to approach to customers in a very professional manner.more than 5 people in the kitchen area making orders and its only about 6 orders. I think this situation couldve been handled in a bettee way rather than shouting at customers and telling them to not order from them, how are they going to run a business if they treat customers this way. Picking up food from the floor and serving to customers s also a terrible hygiene issue. I think this business should not be in the area if they cant handle a business properly. There are better place in thornlie area for pizza to try.worse experiance and never coming up for this situation again and i hope no body return back to this business.very poor and the lady in front calling out orders was very rude.i hope she is not the boss of the shop if she is then the business is going to be ruined anytime soon.

I was surprised that when i got the pizza that the dough was very undercooked.the garlic bread was soggy and the service with the person who took my order over the phone was arrogant and rude.definitely not going back after this time.disappointed would be an understatement.

Pizza tastes just different enough from other pizzas to be unique and not like the other chain pizza places. Good sized menu and fairly well priced. Not sure if they do cheap day deals.

I really miss the Pizza Hut restaurant sit-down and eat experience. This place reminds you why. Just a waiting area then get out vibe to it all.

This is the third time I have ordered the pizza. All the staff doesn't know what is customer service. Staffs are super rude and they never smiled at the customer although they never say hi or any greetings. If they are working in the kitchen it doesn't matter how long you are waiting they finished their work and come to you with a ruddy face.

After 35 minutes of waiting, the pizza and cheese bites were cold. Bro, please give good food after a long wait.

Constantly gets order wrong and argues with you when it's picked up.

This store needs better training and quality control

The owner is just rude. A mistake was made and had all the excuses to deflect his management. If your busy hire more staff. The phone is always ringing out. As a business owner i can see this place will drown. Low star rating poor business management. Pizza hut used to be the best pizza but now it leaves a bad taste in your mouth for some reason, maybe it was The cold pizza!

Gave the driver someone else's order that we received. We tried to contact the store for 20 minutes though they did not answer the phone.
Had to drive 15 minutes to the store and were told we needed to wait a further 20 minutes while they made our order. They refused to reimburse us for the delivery and service fee charged, nor did they apologise once or offer any sort of reimbursement for their mistake and the fact we had to make a 30 minute round trip to rectify. Then in the end found our original order in the oven warmer and yet still no apology. Clearly not the drivers fault in the first instance as he was given the wrong order to start with.
Complete lack of customer service. Do not recommend.

Besides waiting 1 whole hour for my order the boxes came completely flattened chips were disgustingly soggy asked for refund wouldn’t even do that what a shame how can you ruin Pizza Hut man. Place should get shut down literally averaging 2 star reviews.

My order went through twice as the site glitched while I was trying to pay so I leave site come back and order successfully come to find out I was charged twice and I called the manager of tThornile to cancel immediately he refused to cancel one of this double up and sent my order double against my canceling and his driver then tried to make me take 3 extra pizzas I had cancelled immediately as his boss told him to bring them he is taking the extra money anyway so don't bother just go to Dominos

Put my order through and the shop isn't even open. Not answering phones either.
Hopeless place

Now I understand why they have such bad reviews. Ordered takeaway online and they delivered the wrong pizza. Tried to call the store to sort it out but kept getting disconnected, 3 times. Wouldn't bother again.

Ordered take away last night.
Pizza was stuck to the cupboard box.could even pick it up. Dissapointing.
Im shocked to that see in the most relevant review section has all been bad experiences. I also notices that your response to every review is pretty much the same response. Why you are not offering customers there money back or replacing there order with fresh pizzas is beyond me.
Your reviews should be taken alot more seriously then just an an apology.

Decided to give this store a second chance after a first disappointing experience and it actually got worse this time!

Everything is cold, wings looked like they had the sauce originally then it was taken off for some reason so now dry cold chicken, paid $3.50 extra for bacon on a pizza and got 4 tiny pieces on the whole pizza!

Will definitely not be giving you a 3rd chance

Yet another family favourite takeaway business having their decades long good reputation ruined by greedy operators and lazy staff. It's obvious from my own experience and the reviews shown here that this business doesn't like the product they're selling or appreciate the patronage of Pizza Hut customers.

Worst Pizza ever. Delivery took very long and tracker showed pizza was delivered well before it actually arrived. Couldn’t contact the store coz the phone was on voicemail. Pizza was literally cold and was stuck to the cardboard box. Never ordering from Pizza hut again.
