Pizza Hut Thornlie

Staff is very unfriendly.speaks foreign language in front of customers.they don't welcome with Hello and Hi and neither say thanks.they are very rude.they delayed my pizza and never apologized.the girl who took my order had no clue where my pizza was even after 30 mins of ordering.i would never go there in future.

Beautifully made pizza hut pizza that brought back memories of my youth when pizza hut was king. Supporting local.

Pizza Hut at Thornlie should pay attention to what a customer orders. Didn't want pineapple on a pizza I ordered. It came with pineapple

Placed a online order and was told 45min to delivery, got my order after an hour and half. Pizzas were totally cold and I had to put them in oven at home. Never again.

The pizzas as NOTHING like the pizzas I have ordered over the past month from 3 other pizza hut stores (tuart hill, Perth City and Belmont). My order is always the same. $5 medium Hawaiian pizza. And from the other stores the pizza is IDENTICAL. BUT the one from this store resembles NOTHING like the other. The base is thin and dry. The cheese doesn't even resemble the cheese from the other stores and I have counted only 9 bits of pineapple on my pizza from the Thornlie store. When I approached them they said there was nothing wrong with my order. Which is why I am leaving this review. If you want a yummy pizza hut quality pizza. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT

Very tasty, fresh stone-baked pizza. Excellent service and delivered hot as if straight from the oven.

I should have read these reviews before hand and I wouldn't have wasted so much time. Called twice and got put through to answering machine, pulled up and the big sign was off so assumed they were out of business but then noticed a little open sign. I went in and informed him of the phone issue which didn't bother him at all. When I got served I was told it would be $40 for 2 Pizzas. $40! So I went to Domino's and got 2 pizzas, garlic bread and drink for $25. Never going back

Absolutely filthy restaurant. Not Hygiene maintained. None of the staff were wearing uniforms, gloves while preparing a food. While i was waiting for my food, few staff members walked in from outside and straight away started packing the Pizza in to the boxes without washing their hands and wearing gloves. I have told one of the girl to wash her hands and were gloves but then she laughed and said her hands were clean. Soon after the two boys walked in from outside and stated touching the food without washing their hands and wearing gloves.i have asked them to wash their hands then they said their hands were clean. No apology from the staff.no politeness. We have paid $37.95 for the entire order and after watching their unhygienic food practices, we throw the food away. Why you hired these people who are no serious about food hygiene? My whole family was upset dinner was ruined. Not going back to Pizza hut.you have lost me.

Ordered the 3 pizzas and 3 sides on pizza hut app. Placed order at 6.43pm Friday 28/8/20 and app said it will be delivered at 7.12pm. Kept looking on tracker and it was hardly going through the process everytime I checked. Got to 7.30pm and showed it was on just being made. Got to 8 30pm and it showed being delivered in 11mins n then later 6mins. Checked again and said delivered in 31mins. So I rang to find out why am I waiting 2 hours to get my order. Had to repeat my name 3 times and spell it out and still couldn't find my order. Gave out my delivery address and found my order she contacted driver and said it will be there shortly. They have been extremely busy and only 2 drivers. You will be getting piping hot food. Wanted to speak to the manager but he was out driving. I didn't want a voucher for my next order because I won't be ordering from you any more. I want my order because my family was hungry. When it finally arrived it was only just warm. Will never go back to Thornlie pizza hut and everyone do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Very disappointing service and food. Couldn't give any less than 1 star or I would have.

The Hawaii pizza was awful, veggie supreme was ok nothing special though and had nasty stomach ache all night after eating 2 slices. Won't be going back again.

They were delivering food instead giving it in store first.

I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides to be delivered and was given a 30min eta. Food arrived 50 minutes later with no apology. Food was tough and the texture like cardboard. The supreme pizza topping was reminiscent of McCain frozen pizzas from the supermarket and similar in flavour but cost considerably more. I am very disappointed because I rarely get take away and had fond memories of pizza hut long ago back in the all you can eat pizza and pasta days. My how things have changed. Would not recommend pizza hut to any one.

Had 2 pizzas and Garlic Bread. Very fresh and nicely cooked. Loved the tast e and the service. Keep it up guys.

Had triple dippers and a Hawaiian pizza. Everything was delish! Would have given 5 stars but they were a bit skimpy with the pineapple on the pizza. Still yum tho!

Sorry I don’t have more then five stars.after having pizzas on Wednesday or Thursday I visited them again on Saturday nearly 10 pm but unfortunately store was closed.

Horrible pizzas. No toppings, just full cheese and lots of onions. It was like I ordered onion and cheese pizza. No sauces, When I asked for it and got the answer that It’s finished. I just wasted my money.

That was the worst pizza we have ever had, spent $97.00 in total and there was hardly any topping onthem and they were dry to the extent even the kids wouldnt eat it. Never again

Have ordered from this store a few times now and have never been dissapointed, pizzas are always delicious with plenty of toppings and somehow always look like the advertising. Staff are also very friendly and polite in store.

Horrible pizzas! To my surprise it was so oily and even the cheese didn't seem of good quality.we ordered 2 large pizzas and triple dippers which included the cheesy sticks and none of them tasted good. Regretted it big time! I wouldn't recommend Thornlie pizza hut branch if you guys are looking to buy some good pizzas.

We just got 2 pizzas from Pizza Hut Thornlie and we are very disappointed. $25 worth of scraps. If i could give 0 stars it would be more honest.
