Pizza Hut Thornlie

Absolutely discussing pizzas. No pineapple on the Hawaiian the chicken wings were undercooked and didn't get the drink with the order. When ring the store to find out where missing item was and to complain they seemed uninterested and said to ring uber eats. The driver said he wasn't given it but the store said said they gave it to him. Never will I order from this store again. I also find it interesting that you reply with the same SMS to every complaint but offer no replacement meal or a voucher. It's clear the problem isn't getting fixed as the food is still bad

Very disappointing to receive via Menulog, cold pizza, cold pasta, and garlic bread that hadnt been put in the oven. Am I supposed to cook it myself? And to have to wait nearly an hour for this. The chicken mushroom pasta was dry and cold, and tasted like it was a packet mix sauce. I havent bought pizza from Pizza Hut for years, usually the local small pizza shops. Thought we would try for a change. Sadly for the next pizza night, will not be using Pizza Hut.

Pizza is so soggy it was wet on the base. Could not hold the slice of pizza. Order tracking showed that pizzas were sitting waiting to be delivered for over half an hour.
Called after an hour to see what was going on and they hung up on me halfway through the conversation.
Not happy.
The Jalapeno poppers were nice. But cold.

Pizzas, bland with an unusual sauce and mozzarella taste. Only pizza that had flavour was the spicy pizza and that's only because the Chili overpowered the horrible sauce/cheese combo. Soggy bottom and an undercooked look/taste. LUCKY WE HAVE AN AIR FRYER!

Paid for stuffed crust and regretted it instantly. Cold mozzarella is not enjoyable.

Garlic bread was moist and soggy, not very garlic like at all flavour wise. False advertising!

Have not had pizza hut in many years and now am reminded why that it. Bes t thing about pizza hut was the bacon pieces, please bring them back.

My kids are even disgusted with their special dinner with my middle boy saying this is the worst pizza ever dad! Weetbix it is to fill you up tonight, sorry kids! Have been moving house all day.

Better off cooking your own at home!

The customer service here is terrible. Due to covid we had to order delivery. 2hrs later (8pm) it was finally delivered with the rudest delivery driver who turned out to be the manager. We requested a refund due to the length of time our family was waiting and the fact we had rung through 45 minutes earlier to be told they were short on drivers but it would only be 10 more minutes. The staff members were rude and condescending. If we were to return the pizza we could get our refund. Hard to do when we’re in isolation and the family was hungry. This is the second time in as many months that we’ve waited 2 hours or more for delivery. Each time the pizza isn’t worth the wait. Will never order from here again.

Really awful service especially from that old man, doesn’t even know how to acknowledge or treat a customer.
Never gonna order from this store again.

Take off items from the menu if you don’t have them, not wait till the customer pays and tell them they don’t have it and there’s nothing you can do

Long wait time, slow and rude service from the lady on the counter, the place looked really rundown and dirty, not one of the staff wearing any kind of uniform or hygiene equipment and pizzas were awful. Undercooked, messy and minimal amount toppings.
Never again.

We were offered no apology from the delivery driver and no one from the store has got back to me to try and rectify this. They obviously don't have a care in the world for their customers. The worst bread I mean pizza I've ever had. I'm not sure the people that made these pizza eat them.

Just received my pizza used their company delivery and this is how my pizza rocks up also it was cold, stuck to the box so when taking it out to fix it, it completely broke to pieces. That's absolutely disgraceful, what a waste of money. Tried calling them to complain and they not answering the phone. I will never order anything from pizza hut Thornlie again.

Pizza was soo good tonight guys. Well done! Thanks for not being shy with the toppings too. Tasty and full of topping just how i like my Pizza. Delivery arrived 10mins before estimated time. Good value for money. Happy family of 5 right here. Cheers team

Worst experience with this chain I have had. Well over an hour and 20 minutes for 2 munted pizzas. Also the driver dropped my sides and I lost some chicken too. Absolute joke.

I had a really hard time verbally communicating (phone order) that my address was different to the one assigned to my phone number, so decided to order online instead as surely the online option would confirm my address. It didn't so I had to drive over to the store to collect my 'delivered' pizzas, because they wouldn't answer my phone calls. I was really upset with them but tbh the pizza did taste pretty good

You have a very poor customer service! You dont hang up on your customer and be rude. Been on hold for ages to get through to you then you jusy hang up on just like that. You cant even explain to the customer why you are having a problem with your online ordering and if you do have problem with your online order you should be able to take the order over the phone and dont hang up on the customer who is already upset because your website doesnt say your online ordering is not working and the staff who pick up the phone who you cannot even understand, or just doesnt have a good customer service training was so rude and even hang up on me instead of explaining what was goin on with your online app. I have been on hold for almost an hour so i did not appreciate it at all. I wish you all but goodluck with sarcasm! If i can give you a negative score i would. U dont even deserve any even a negative! Train your staff properly with handling customer or else close your store!

Ordered delivery deal last night, delivered hot and fresh. Really good pizzas, loved the cheesy spud bites.

Today when I go to the Pizza Hut thornile to pick up my order, one staff member who pack the order, she is continuously bussy on her phone, she don’t know how to attend the customer. Even she don’t ask me what you need you want to order something. It was very bad experience for me

Wow this place has gone downhill, Unfriendly. They had their music up so loud in the shop I couldn't hear my husband talk. Then the pizza had no toppings on them, just cheese and dough, no more cheap pizza Tuesdays for us, may as well have cheese toasties!
