Lots of shade while walking around, food trucks, and a really cool playground in the middle. Lots to see. Really cool place!

Perth zoo was lovely.

The animals are usually in places that you can see. Some of the Australian ones are so close you can touch them (don't do this though).

Food and snacks are provided.

The awesome staff showed us unseen aspects like the breeding of the cute little swamp turtles (since this was a field trip). They were very friendly and helpful.

Thanks Perth zoo:)

It is a good family day out. But if you have a wheel chair there’s a lot of up hills. The staff where great plenty of parking around.

Nice place to spend your day at.
Animals seems being treated very well! Although very few did looked board and unhappy (guess it’s normal in the zoo?)

I love Perth Zoo for its gardens, layout of the enclosures and areas. The botanical rainforest walk is always a treat, as is the tranquil wetlands area. The food at the cafe could be better, especially for the price.

Went here with the family and had a great time. I’ve eaten at the cafe here but it’s much better to bring your own picnic and sit in the grass area

A cosy zoo. Not rushed like other zoos, you're at your own pace here! Very reasonable admission prices and the kids loved the Zoorassic exhibits!

Fun times for families and friends.many varieties animal and good events. Recommended to bring own food and do picnic with families. Parking is limited especially during school holiday or high season. Better to come early and parking fee is reasonable. Full day is only $6. Per hour rate is $2.60. Nice view and spacious place for picnic or relaxing.

Fantastic day out with the family. A kookaburra stole a chicken nugget from our table but that was a hilarious highlight for our littlies.

Absolutely wonderful NYE event.

All staff were so helpful, the animals out on a great show too.

It's certainly not the fault of the organisers but with some of the long queues for the food, perhaps accepting cards at more stalls would be of benefit.

By far the best and most economical zoo in Australia. With it's easy, winding flat trails you can start rest assured there is a set trail that allows you to see all the magnificent animals.

I never realised how cute monkeys are and how actually scared I am of giraffes until I visited Perth zoo in all its magic. Great zoo. Wonderful gardens and an above average amount of dinosaurs. Honorable mention goes out to one of the hyenas for winning best out of 3 in a full on staring contest. Props.

Great place to visit plenty of animals on show including koalas kangaroos as well as the usual ones you find in other zoos they also have mechanical dinosaurs around the park that the kids enjoy

Great place for families and young people. A wide variety of animals to see. The layout is simple enough to follow making a nice single trip around the entire zoo possible. Entry price was acceptable and will provide at least a couple hours of entertainment. Be sure to check out the life size dinosaur recreations dotted around the zoo.
