4th or 5th time something has gone wrong with a delivery. Problem is I personally deliver ALL consignments to the depot. All they have to do is put it in the assigned zone loading area! Had a customer order something Wednesday 3rd April. I dropped it off at the depot Thursday arvo which should have gone out first thing Friday AM. No success. Enter the weekend. Monday should have gone again. No success. Customer emails saying he has run out of dog food and the courier (PEP) can’t locate his package. I calmly call this morning and ask where the consignment is. Assured it has been located and due to a “massive” backlog it might not fit on the first van but they are organising a second run and I’m assured it will get on that. Check the tracking this evening and it’s still in the amazing new overloaded, understaffed depot. Too many chances. Maybe perfect what contracts and volume you have before expanding beyond your capacity. I have half a dozen pre paid stickers left and I think I would get better value out of them if I destroyed them. There are 2 parcels in your depot dropped off this arvo. See if they can get out on time. Prepaid81 in case you need to contact me. You embarrass me while embarrassing yourself but my customer only remembers me and my poor performance - which is 100% on you!

If you want to send parcels to your love ones you be disappointed with the ridiculous service

Not the best I have experienced, it took 4 days for my parcel from QLD to WA and was scanned in on a Friday Morning which was great. By the following Wednesday, almost a full 4 business days later it still hadn't been scheduled for delivery to my address which is a 10 minute drive from their depot. The company used for delivery of the parcel was "e-go". So after some research I found that e-go transport is a subsidiary of Hunter Transport who uses/contracts out to PEP. I decided to pick it up after calling PEP and finding out that it still hadn't been scheduled for final delivery after sitting in the Depot for 6 days (4 Business days). To make things worse, the Transport Company "e-go" who is AKA Hunter Transport, does not have a telephone number to call to make an enquiry, they only have email which takes up to 24 hours to respond. I had to research e-go to find that it was Hunter Transport and then PEP. I don't usually write reviews but if you are considering PEP, I'd reconsider.

Well done to the PEP Light Truck Driver of registration 1EKZ-615 (at 1350hrs on Thursday 15/03/18) pulling out of GKR Transport on Dowd Street Welshpool. You succeeded at cutting me off, as well as the person traveling in the other direction and avoiding being sandwiched between us, top marks there! I guess waiting that 3-4 seconds for us both to pass was unreasonable, as there was no traffic behind either of us.

It is a shame however that you did stop in time when you almost pulled out in front of that semi-trailer that was turning onto Kewdale road. I feel the repercussions that may have arose from that situation would have persuaded you to become a more patient and respectable driver, had you survived.pity.

No tracking updates, no-one knew where anything was waited 30 minutes to collect a parcel that the staff walked past 4 times

TERRIBLE Customer Service, rude and abrupt. Its not the customers fault that you have poor signage on how to collect our goods.
Driver left delivery note with no name of recipient or details.
Would not recommend this sloppy service to businesses.

Not impressed at all.
Missed the first delivery, slip was put in mailbox but didn't get a missed call. Fine.
Organised re-delivery for yesterday between 4pm-7pm, no worries, took time off to be at home for it. Delivery never came and I have not been contacted.

Such great customer service from a transport company is rarely seen. Having purchaed a lot of items through E-go transport I have come to love the low prices but excellent availability and ease of which I can collect my large parcels without issue without waiting for redelivery and without damage. Best kept secret.

Received an email saying my parcels were ready for collection. Took time off work to pickup, only to be told that only half of them were available for collection. Pep promised to deliver the next day but never turned up. Now it is the weekend and my urgent delivery will now have to wait for another week.

When I complained, I was told I was at fault for listening to their rep, who apparently is not authorised to do their job!
