Haven’t delivered my order in time, therefor lost profit for work not having my products on time. Then told me that my order is in there warehouse, which I then went to pick up myself. Only to find out they don’t have it and now are blaming their driver who now apparently has it but they can’t even contact him. Their lack of communication is ridiculous and have no costumer care skills whatsoever. They do NOT do same day delivery as advertised.

PEP transport have truly been a valuable asset to our business. The booking and tracking process is user friendly, the couriers are lightning fast and the staff are very helpful. Highly Recommended!

These would be the worst courier company on the planet. I have booked jobs three days in advance and they call at 5pm the afternoon before job to cancel.

Absolutely hopeless. DO NOT USE THEM!
