69We've been with a lot of different Perth freight companies over the years and switched to PEP about a year ago. On the whole they've been one of the best freight companies we've dealt with.
I have used Pep Transport regularly over the last 5 years, previously being with a few other couriers. I can vouch that there are no better than Pep when it comes to quality, value, professionalism and response times. 5 stars.
We are always quick to lay criticism and moan but not always as quick when congratulations and thanks are due.
Just some positive feedback below received from one of my BDMs today.
"Every time I have had to get an ETA or anything via email it has been excellent!
They reply so fast with the information needed. And like this one below sorting out the re delivery so quickly.
Pretty happy with the service over email that’s for sure. "

We have recently moved our courier service over from a third party company (who offered flat rates but not much in the way of customer service) to PEP and we could not be happier! We now have a dedicated customer service team to help us as well as an account manager. We are really happy to be able to support a local WA business too, which is what our values and biz ethos are all about! Drivers so far have been friendly and punctual too!

Parcel service is a difficult thing to get 100% but it's how you deal with the challenges and Mia and the Team have been exceptional in sorting out any issues immediately.

PEP transport is a company which is always striving for improvement and excellence. Whether it is customer service, delivery, drivers or time management …. It is all there. They are always aiming to keep customers at both ends happy. Been using them for about 6 months now and have noticed a vast improvement in our service, and the pricing has been very competitive.
We brought Pep into our business 9 months ago. Service has been fantastic and rates are highly competitive. Staff are happy to provide additional and extra over support for unique projects which adds great value to what we achieve.
The team at Pep provide a service like no other. Reliable couriers, friendly sales staff and helpful phone and warehouse staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We are a medical supply company that requires prompt and efficient service to our customers due to the nature of the products we supply and the DIFOT requirements of our customers. We have been with Pep for the last 3 years and very satisfied with their service levels.

On occasions, due to circumstances outside our control, we have placed them in extreme situations where the goods arrived late, but needed to be delivered. Other companies would have said " bad luck", but PEP "made it happen". It's good to see that some companies still care and will do what they can to help.

Driver refused to pick up the lounge suite that was scheduled he closed up the truck i yelled at him to open it my autistic son and myself had to load the truck he was not an australian and used his nationality to justify his treatment of females worst company ever for customer care
Driver said they forgot my parcel when it was due for delivery that day. How can you run a company like this?
The service is so good that if you pay PEP to deliver something, they MIGHT actually do so, almost like turning a lucky dip into a business model.
These monkeys has been holding my delivery for 4 weeks! Ebay seller asked me to cancel the order because PEP transport refused to deliver it!
Avoid them at all cost! If I can I will give you Zero Star!
Very bad customer service trying to get a parcel delivery for the past 2 weeks have had to call numerous of times now have gone back to original place that ordered it from. Front of house staff say will get back and never do.
If I could give no stars I would. This company is appalling - I have had to call them 4 times to get my parcel delivered and still nothing. I am unsure why it takes 10 days for something to get from Kewdale to me. Will NEVER EVER use this company.
Is there a zero star option? Super terrible service, the man we delivered my package is totally impolite.
Only gave a one star as I cannot allocate zero! Terrible customer service - lost parcels and no one gets back to you even though they 'promise' to be sorting out your issue - shocking!
