I'd like to take a moment so share my experience with PEP/T&C transport. There are two staff members in particular that I would like to commend. Whilst I almost always enjoy speaking to your customer services team, as they are usually delightful, Spain and Arles really stood out.

Firstly, Spain was wonderful.
This time of year, people tend to be on ‘holiday mode’ and are not as effective as they may normally be. This was not the case with Spain.

Her phone manner was absolutely fantastic- she was a joy to speak to and balanced friendliness with efficiency very well.
She wasted no time and was able to sort out my query in a matter of minutes, whilst maintaining a pleasant and conversational tone.
I felt listened to and confident that everything was under control.

I would also like to comment on the excellent service of Arles.

I called with a huge number of packages to be sent to a variety of locations. Arles helped me to book a job for all of these packages, painstakingly going through each address to ensure that it was correct. His attention to detail was incredible and it was very comforting for me to know that these parcels were in safe hands.

Arles was patient, helpful and kind with a fantastic phone manner. We had a lovely chat and I did not feel rushed at all, despite my labour-intensive request. He also did a fantastic job negotiating a very poor phone connection, and ensured that all addresses were correct.

Both Spain and Arles are absolutely wonderful, as are so many other T&C staff- I have to call to book courier jobs very often for my line of work, and its a huge comfort that 9 times out of 10, the person on the other end of the line is going to be helpful and friendly.

Great company to work, fastest courier service in perth. Very Good teamwork from Truck drivers, van drivers, ute drivers, froklift drivers, office staff, management, total of 200 staff members.

Working with the Pep Transport team has been a great experience, they are receptive and creative in their approach to sponsorships. It's great partnering with brands that share the same values and passionate about developing the sport.

Do not use this delivery company under any circumstance!

I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with them after buying something from Amazon. They tried delivering something to my address while I wasn't home and then proceeded to mark my address as a bad address in their system after only a single visit and decided to return my parcel to the sender.

After 2 weeks I decided to follow up with them directly after seeing that my parcel had been signed for by someone I didn't know. It took them a whole day to work out that my parcel had been returned to sender. I asked how I could get the item I paid for, even proposed that I would drive to pick it up myself. It wasn't until I called them once again at the end of the day and suggested that perhaps they could call and speak to the sender that they thought it would be a good idea to actually pick up the phone to them.

The result of all of this is waiting 14 days for my parcel to be delivered then having to call their call centre multiple times before finally being told "you're just going to have to order the item again. Sorry for the inconvenience. ".

At no point during the 14 days that they had my parcel did they contact me. They claimed to have an incorrect phone number on file but didn't think to call the sender and confirm the details. This is the most lazy excuse for service I've ever experienced.

Continuously having to chase up where our shipment is. Wasted profits in our business having to reorder our stock and physically pick it up ourself after paying for freight and stock that was supposed to be overnight delivery that would most times nearly take a week in the same metro area. Quite sick of the continual stress. Oh and never getting contacted back when we enquire on the whereabouts of our freight.

We have been using Pep Transport for several years now and I highly rate their service. WA freight is always serviced in a timely fashion, and customer service team are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The Thornlie Cricket Club recently formed a sponsorship partnership agreement with PEP Transport. We found them very easy and professional to deal with. Their community support and values are second to none and we look forward to a long term relationship.
