65 Good location and friendly staff but the property is a bit drab and dated. Not much natural light in the rooms - chances are you'll just be looking at the office building across as the hotel is only 10 floors.
Noise insulation is not good - you can easily hear conversations in the hallway and the elevator bell.
Ok for a short business stay, but for the same price you can likely do better in Perth.
Deceptive from the outside as it looks old and tired but very nice on the inside with top class service. We stayed in a suite which was spacial and very comfortable. The Adelphi Grill is very nice too.
Nice hotel in prime Perth CBD location, great service.
We had a bright, clean, quiet & spacious room on the executive floor (there's no executive lounge though)
Front desk & service staff were helpful & responsive. Good in-house restaurant. Well maintained & clean swimming pool and gym (the gym was a bit small but adequate).
Shower water pressure was low. Otherwise, it'd be a great bathroom.
Room aircond was a little bit noisy
Overall, we're happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel

Great location and service, great food selection good size rooms for presentation, no parking, only at convention centre and they don't validate or discount.
