Parmelia Hilton Perth

It's a compact structure for a Hilton, so if you come with an image of a typical Hilton, you might be disappointed.
However, it is conveniently located in the center of Perth, and the price is reasonable, probably because there are no extra costs due to its compact size.
There is a pool and gym, and the interior is clean and clean, probably because it hasn't been renovated for a long time.
Recommended if you place emphasis on lodging as a base for business or sightseeing (I am this type)
However, for Japanese people, the fact that the bathroom only has a shower and the toilet does not have a washlet (although this is standard in Australia) may be a negative point.

Spent only 1 night, due to our flight being cancelled and rescheduled.but great service and the property and amenities were top notch!

we were initially staying at another hotel in the city, with the christmas parade road closures & traffic it took us 1 hour to get off the freeway to adelaide terrace, once we finally got to the other hotel without any prior notice they told us they no longer had the room reserved for us, instead we had been relocated and were told to head to the hilton.as soon as we pulled up we were immediately given amazing service, staff at the counter were friendly and beyond apologetic for our experience in arriving at the hotel, the foyer was stunning and it felt so clean.the rooms were so fresh and tidy, everything felt perfect & the room service was incredible.staff upon checkout were so friendly and accomodating, even offering to look after our baggage for us without even asking so we could fetch our car.once we pulled up out the front of the hotel a staff member was ready with our bags, happily put them into our car and gave us complimentary bottles of water.
10/10 experience.the inconvenience from the previous hotel was beyond outweighed by the friendly team & clean facilities provided.such a safe and welcoming space

Being a gold member for Hilton the choice was obvious when I redeemed my Amex points to spend a night where, the staff are very accommodating and professional and genuinely nice. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is among the best.

It is always enjoyable staying here, highly recommended.

Had a fantastic experience on multiple occasions that we stayed here. Staff were polite and accommodating. Our room was renovated except the bathroom which was dated but still majestic. We liked this room which had a full sized dining table, allowing us to enjoy room service as a family of four. Room service arrived within 30 minutes. What we didn't like about the room was the lighting, seemed to dark even though all the lights were turned on - there were no ceiling lights in our room. Pool was nicely heated between 27-29 degrees, great during our winter stay.

I have stayed at the Parmelia Hilton on several occasions and can't recommend it highly enough. One of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel in a long time, following a quiet and comfortable night's rest.

Bar and restaurant was great.

Good food selection for dinner and the breakfast is good also.

Only down side was the room was sometimes not cleaned very well.when the guest services remade the room each day.

Awesome place stay stay, central to things, close to work, Samuels restaurant and bar downstairs. My go to place when traveling for work

Great stay will be back for sure, easy access to the city walking distance to main venues.great staff and food service.

As a Diamond member I expected much better treatment at the check in. I was not greeted in the usual friendly manner and the few questions I had were not answered adequately. My bags were left unattended in the lobby after I had gone to park my vehicle myself and I had to retrieve them after arriving in my room to find they weren't there. The front desk attendant failed to acknowledge that I was looking for my luggage and I practically had to go behind the desk to retrieve it myself. She did not even look up to see if I required assistance at any point.

Friendly staff, prompt check-in, decent breakfast options American-style. Samuels Bar excellent range of wines and food. Reasonable but smallish rooms with comfortable beds and good pillow options. Full marks for a 1pm checkout. Central location convenient to most major spots in central Perth. The hotel is more reflective of a different era. However, certainly not up to standards of a contemporary 5 star hotel. Discovered empty Coke bottle under bed and bathroom towels had a few holes in them. Good sized TV but in-house TV channels restricted to free to air and Chinese channels. No CNN or BBC which every other hotel has as standard let alone Foxtel. Used hotel valet parking only to wait over half an hour for car after valet forgot about us and had to remind them. Overall excellent value for money but we has a promotional offer.

Overnight staycay for my birthday. Couldn't fault the place, right down to the birthday cupcake delivered to my room. Staff are obliging and professional. Rooms are generous and clean. KS bed and pillows were ridiculously comfy. Loved the valet parking.
Pre-dinner canapés and drinks were a tiny bit disappointing as there was not much left by the time we arrived at 5.45pm but other than that, our stay was awesome.

Very happy with the accommodation. Busy but great. Helpful staff. Had a problem with the room door. Told front desk about it. Other than that, excellent. Will stay there again.

Fabulous weekend getaway, super attentive friendly staff, delicious food and the executive club lounge was fantastic we will definitely be going back again!

A wonderful two night stay with the Executive Club Upgrade for our wedding anniversary. Room was amazing and big, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was huge. We also had dinner in Samuel on Mill which was 5 star. Would definitely recommend and we'll be booking another stay soon.

The room was nice. A lot of extra little costs that don't seem as worth it after a while. No balcony access as they are not up to regulation. But friendly staff. Not for a family, more for couples, perhaps older couples.

Had a relaxing stay, staff were pleasant as well as helpful. Room was quite good, well equipped, with nice amenities.
Everyone should have a Paloma.in the dining room to greet them for breakfast, who, is as lovely.as she was, efficent.

We had a great 2 night stay. We had a deal which included breakfast & bottle of wine & valet parking. We made the most of our stay by checking in at 10.30. Room & bathroom was very comfortable & nicely renovated, nice toiletries provided. Centrally located to lots of things to do in the city.
Breakfast was very good & plenty to choose from.
Pool area was great with a good amount of seating for size of pool which we made good use of on both days.
Reception staff were all very helpful & friendly, we got the offer of an extended 3pm checkout by text which was really good & finished off our stay nicely.
Will definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely staycation for 2 nights. The hotel was very comfortable and we had a beautiful meal at Samuels. The buffet breakfast was very good and all the staff at the hotel were very helpful.
