After a recent stay here for several days, I found while most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, what I can only think is company policy may well be out dated and not in the best interest of the guests. Weekend breakfast for club lounge guests was a long way short of what we had become use to after week day service. I think the way things are with Covid and the fact that so many local people (from around the state) are choosing to stay in hotels for at least a short get away, please remember that there are a lot of good hotels around Perth with as good or better facilities.

Resteraunt was amazing with great service from suntish, an amazing gentleman who made the meal amazing. Also carol I'm reception was amazing helping us out.top service hotel highly recommend

Thanks for a great stay. Front of house Customer service is outstanding. Food was amazing. Great location. Beautiful large room with a great view from the very top of the heated pool.

Had a really grea stay at the newly revamped Parmelia Hilton in Perth. Checkin was great and the overall staff were so helpful.
The staff in the bar and restaurant were exellent and so helpful. The Executive Lounge was closed whilst we were there (Tuesday to Friday) ut not problems at all with having the same benefits in the bar. The Executive Lounge food whichwas served to us was delicious as was the wines and other drinks.
Our highlight was the evening meal at Samuels Resturant. Food was exellent as was the service. I had the pork belly whch was superb - even better with the delicious wine.
Thank you Parmelia Hilton - would definetely recommend.

Spent our wedding night here 47 years ago. Were so pleased we decided to take a walk down memory lane. Everything was more than we could have hoped for. Wonderful stay.

Loved it. Good food and service. I was there for 3 days and i really enjoyed my stay. Australia is really cool and if you go there i suggest going to this hotel.

Could not fault this hotel, from the moment we got there we had an excellent stay. The service was exceptional, Carol on the front desk was friendly and ensured we were all set and was available should we need anything. They accommodated us for an early check in too. The room was spacious, clean, the bathroom was quite large too. The tv had chrome cast which was amazing to be able to stream your own Netflix or music accounts and not have to pay overpriced movie charges at other hotels! Wifi was good. The pool area was great, big comfy lounge chairs and decent size pool. The breakfast the next day was amazing, they had everything you could want for breakfast and our waiter Malcolm was so accomodating and friendly. We even met the chef who ensured we were taken care of and answered all our questions. Every staff member we met were so lovely and genuine. I really could not fault this hotel or the staff and restaurant. I would definitely stay here again, was a great location and a lot of things we did were within walking distance of this hotel.

Had a wonderful 5 night Hilton Experience.
Convenient for our Theatre visit,
Staff are excellent room wonderful and very pleased we picked the
Parmelia Hilton Perth - we will be back.

It was a pleasure staying at the newly-renovated Parmelia Hilton. The facilities are excellent. Well-appointed and comfortable suites. Alwasy excellent service.

Never have I received such poor service at any hotel stay!
We stayed 2 nights and the first day we arrived both the reception and valet wouldn’t recommend any other parking other than their valet service. Usually a hotel would be at least helpful and direct you to other options.
We then had our first night, we decided to enjoy a drink at Samuels their downstairs bar, we ordered a beer and a cocktail and we had a seat as they bring it over to us, well in the meantime another guest was purchasing what seemed to be an expensive bottle of wine because this distracted all 3 staff behind the bar and we waited over 30 minutes for our drinks!
In the morning there was construction happening down stairs and the windows were so thin we were up from 6am with this noise, when we contacted reception they said they would look into it and hung up on me with no further contact about the issue until I went down stairs to ask, we were then offered to pack all of our things to move rooms, not very convenient but at least we could sleep the next night.
We then came back at 1pm and they had to check that out replacement room was ready!? Seriously
On check out this morning the man at reception was too busy on the phone to put it down to even greet us, he took our room cards and covered the phone saying “I’ll just charge the card we took an imprint on and email you the receipt”
Wow! Not even a thanks for staying or to even ask about our stay.
Absolutely disgraceful!

Will definitely stay here again. The support and professional approach from the staff plus the facilities were really great. I would like to thank the gentleman at the front desk for assisting us with our typo when booking the room. Booked the wrong dates but he jumped in and got us our rooms and changed everything with a no Hassel at all approach. Really appreciated this. And the staff in the restaurant they were so good with the kids and us that we would like to pay thanks to them as well. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Our stay at Parmelia Hilton Perth was everything we needed! It's close proximity to the city meant we could shop by day (short walk only) and just relax in the beautiful room by night (with a spot of cheeky room service!)

The buffet breakfast has everything you need to fuel up for another day of shopping or adventure in Perth!

Staff are helpful and accommodating!

Really happy that I know this type of accommodation is available in the city!

Wonderful friendly staff, very clean hotel and the room quality was more than I expected, especially Josh help us upgrade the room size, our family love the suit twin room. Appreciate all nice staff let us enjoy stay in Perth.

The Parmelia Hotel is a upgrade hotel in the heart of all the major businesses. The hotel maintains the high standard of Hilton and my only problem with this hotel is it is often booked out. Plan ahead and book early!

Staff and the service they provide at the Parmelia Hilton is of a very high standard and they go over and above to make their guests welcome. We found the front desk people headed by Phillip with Amy and Alex to be very quick and efficient. The Parmelia has been renovated during the Co-vid Pandemic and now includes an Executive Lounge amongst the facilities. Rooms have been renamed to reflect the changes. We stayed in a King Deluxe which was amazingly spacious and could well be a King Suite with separate wardrobe/dressing area, bathroom and lounge area.

Great experience at this hotel, staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We also had drinks and an evening meal at hotel restaurant Samuels and it was very well priced and delicious.
