My nose piercing had fell out during snorkelling and the piercer helped me putting it back in free of charge. He even had to restrech it for it to fit back. So nice thanks so much

Horrible customer service, staff just all around rude. Went in for an ear piercing, brought the correct ID and checked the laws before arriving but was still refused the piercing.

Did a walk in about miday to get my nose pierced. They help me decide on ring colour choice which I was tossing up between black and silver. Stoked with the black ring. Matty pierced it for me really good at what he does did a great job was in and out within 10 minutes. Really happy with the service, cleanliness, hygiene all that stuff was spot on. Felt really comfortable with everyone there was a great spot to go to will recommend it to anyone looking at a piercing

Basically painless, lovely staff and friendly piercer. Very helpful. Got 2 cartilage piercings done in one afternoon for a great bargain price. Definitely my go-to in Perth.

Got an industrial piercing here, didn’t get infected and was done by a piercing lady who certainly knew her stuff.maybe if the store had more variety of piercings it could get a higher rating xoxoxo

The place is super cool. They welcome walk ins and I got a piercing super fast, in a clean space and with a girl that made me feel really comfortable and calm. The staff is really friendly and they walk you through the whole process. Loved my new piercing!

Friendly and welcoming staff coupled with brilliant service. I've visited Off Ya Tree twice to get pierced, and on both occasions I felt completely comfortable. Service room is spacious and sanitary, and staff are very reassuring and know exactly what they're doing. Definitely going there for my next piercing. My only petty complaint is that the music is blasted too loudly.

Very friendly, professional and peircings are very affordable BUT in saying this this company or store really needs to look into a booking system. I waited 1.5hrs for this pricing (septum) and another i walked from my walk, arrived at 3lm only to be told all slots were already full and to come back tomorrow. No. I can't. I set this time aside to come to a piercer I like. I work full time and cant just hope to get a spot. Very frustrated and disappointed this time around.

Not great customer service. After phoning and being told that they don't do appointments and we could walk right in mid afternoon, we were told that their spots were all fully booked and that they won't do the special price for us. Didn't get a chance to actually get anything done but it didn't seem like the best place either.

Went to get my septum done. Asked for the smallest ring, they gave me the largest ring and now I'm stuck with it for 2 months. Not happy, will not be returning.

Excellent staff and knowledge of all types piercings, very happy with my experience there, I've been a few times and recommend you to all I know and even took my 16yo knowing their expertise

Great friendly place with experienced body piercers, I absolutely love the $5 piercing deal! Will definitely go again.

Service at the front desk was okay. Piercer was friendy.
When asked about pricing the answer was "Its a package deal. " (not helpful).
Your friends cant come into the room with you.
