Took my dog to get his stitches out, was told to wait outside in the parking, even though there was more then 5 working standing in a small corner talking. I ask where on the door does it say I must not come in. It has a stop sign on it, with no other instructions, a person come out took my dog went inside come out 2 min later and handed me the dog not even saying a word. Will not go back there again. If you don’t want to deal with clients and animals in this time close your practice down. I was at the doctor room this morning and was NOT treated like I was full of goodness no what. I am so disgusted.

Have taken my current dog and previous animals to see Adrian. My dog required surgery on both elbows at a young age. After consulting around 3-4 different vet clinics i found Adrian's pricing to be half or 1/3 the cost from the other clinics.

He also performed an ACL surgery on my dog. He talked me through how we would diagnose the issue and was even inclined to not proceed with the surgery and gave me alternative cheaper options to which may allow us to 100% diagnose the issue. After confirming an ACL tear we proceeded with that surgery - i received personal phonecall's and texts asking about his recovery. By far the best priced vet clinic and does not suggest treatments which aren't required. Other vet's couldn't even get my dogs breed correct and another suggested my dog needs to lose 15kg's which for a mastiff would have been his weight at 12months old.

People should be cognisant that people are more inclined to leave a negative review than they are a positive one - and i'd be more inclined to think that the people rating the vet a 1 star we're likely the cause of the issue and not the vet.

Adrian has been an amazing support in times of need with my dogs on many occasions and even though we lost our dogs very close together, he did everything he could and was incredible throughout the process.

I have recommended Adrian to my friends and family and none have ever gone anywhere else. He is amazing and i am very grateful for everything he has done and will continue to use only his vet services in future.

I have taken my little 6yr old staffy to Adrian since I first got her at a few weeks old & I have called on Adrian’s emergency help on many occasions not only for my own dog/s but for my friends and family’s.
Adrian has preformed successful emergency surgery/s on my my little girl including when she had ruptured her ACL.
He is a very busy man but always comforting and caring in the crunch times. He has met me at his vet outside of hours and also attended to my friends house for a little of puppies sometime ago.
I always receive a caring message after procedures or when sad news is brought about,
Care instructions always and to top it off-Adrian and his team going above and beyond for the needs of both pet and owner. There sometimes is a wait but that’s not much of a price to pay when you know your going to someone who actually cares and doesn’t charge you and arm and a leg. Post surgery I will contact Adrian directly if I have any questions or needs eg. More medication and he is always there to help. Passionate vet that I trust and highly recommend.
I am a stress head when it comes to my beloved animals and always find myself at ease with Adrian.

They are really amazing they have stayed open. In the past for me after I've called up crying with a issue with my pups they look out for animals number one and comfort owners as well dropped my boy in for surgery today and they were super helpful and made a payment plan with me

Got there 10 minutes before scheduled appointment. Over an hour later and still waiting.
Piss poor service.
If you're going to book so many people on that day/time make sure you have enough staff.

Adrian and his team have been looking after my babies since 8 weeks old. He and his team have always been very caring and professional. I highly recommend this surgery. I have read some of the negative reviews and surprised that waiting times is an issue, have you ever gone to the doctors for an 11am apportionment and got seen at 11am? Seriously people are too tied up in their own importance.

My dog absolutely loves coming here as he knows he's going to get yummy treats after Dr. Adrian is just wonderful with him and so knowledgeable. The staff are just fantastic.

Lost my girl after releasing her from a spaying
Really nice vet and seemed knowledgeable, was really kind after and rang me well after hours
which is why i drove the distance to go.
But i cant get over that i was talked into getting her spayed by the vet and then i lost my perfect princess forever.

Got to the vet and waited 15 minutes just to be told to wait in a different room because “other dogs were coming”. The ladies at the counter gave us dirty looks the hole time. We got into the veterinarian room and the man hugged me then fed my 3 month old puppy white chocolate. When I showed my discount paper the lady responded in a rude tone saying we should have given it to the veterinarian but it’s “FINE”. Very unprofessional service. Do not recommend this vet.

DISGUSTED! Called the Surgery this evening, no out of hours message for emergency calls, located Vet documentation at home and called Adrian’s mobile, he answered with screams and people shouting in the background, I put the phone on speakerphone so my family could hear what I could. I asked him could he hear me that my poor dog was spayed at his surgery a couple of days ago and had just caught the knot off her suture which caused it to undo a little, blood sprayed about and area looked slightly inflamed and a little gapeing. As I’m a theatre nurse (not vet) I still knew this qualified for examination possible retieing or resuturing. I was cut off from the call to which Adrian called me back, still with background commotion, when I asked had he heard anything of what I’d said he replied “no”. I repeated the previous statement and was told “I’m not really concerned, she’s got more stitches underneath”. I explained again my concern and that I lived 10 minutes away. I was told I would be called when he was 10 minutes from the surgery should I want to take her for examination. I sent a picture of the wound immediately. No reply, I got a call 1 hour later, by which time I called a local vet VET WEST in Currambine just as they were closing, they sounded very understanding and concerned, advised me to bring her around immediately. The staff stayed after hours, this was 7pm, my poor pooch was immediately seen by 2 vets together, she’s a big pooch, 10 months old, my partner and I helped sooth her whilst these amazing vets retied the loosened suture after spraying with a little anaesthetic to make her comfortable as she was a little distressed, then applied some surgical glue, provided us with antibiotics, pain medication and anti inflammatories for her wound, I had no purse with me or ID they were so understanding, I completed her registration form before we left and we will call in tomorrow to make payment and with our pet insurance details. Thank you to the wonderful staff who actually cared and assisted us at this time at VET WEST. I was too annoyed and upset at the unprofessionalism of Adrian to answer when he finally called me, the text messages that followed were none inspiring also. Will never return to his vets again.

Fantastic treatment for both dogs and the level of service the vets provide to owners.
Adrian and other vets within the practice are fantastic. Priced very competitively and overall 100% confidence in the overall experience.

Always friendly, always have time to make sure we know about after care, and good advice on everything

The staff are nice and the centre is good, but each time i have an appointment i have waited almost an hour after the appointment time to be seen. They need to text customers if they are delayed by more then 15 mins, as if I knew I would have just left home later.

Dr Adrian was amazing treating our guinea pig. Not many vets will take on the care of exotic pets, and usually refer to unusual pet vet in Balcatta (with a $500+ bill for a URI) but he welcomed us with his friendly and caring disposition and treated our piggie for URI for a fraction of what balcatta would.

Dr Adrian is absolutely amazing. Really appreciative that he tries the conservative methods of treatment first before jumping in with big expensive procedures. Not only is he a fantastic vet who takes the time to explain everything but is really extremely caring. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to treat your furry family members

Adrian and his staff are a blessing! So empathetic, reassuring and all round lovely. After my kitties procedure, which went so well, Adrian followed up with a text message to check in and see how he was going. Definitely recommend!

Very good vet's. They are all very passionate about helping the animals they treat, and the people who bring their pets in get looked after too.

DO NOT GO THERE. ROOM WAS FILTHY. DR ADRIAN DID NOT INSPECT MY DOG MORE THAN 2 SECONDS THEN INJECTED CORTISONE IN HER. NO EXPLANATION. NO CONSULTATION. WOEFUL INTER-PERSONEL SKILLS. SHOCKING BILL
