Ocean Keys Veterinary Hospital-Burstein Adrian

After seeing about 20 vets and being totally unhappy with them, someone recommended Adrian to me at Ocean Keys Veterinary.
Well, wow he changed our lives. We have a lot of pets and often at vet, some emergencies.
Adrian is a very caring man, very knowledgeable on all animals and doesn't empty your wallet. Once you have seen Adrian, he will always fit you in if you pet needs assistance. He is just amazing. I highly recommend.

Love Adrian and all of the staff there just absolutely lovely. So genuine and not money hungry. You can tell they really care about the animals and don’t just want to rip you off like other vets… 4 chihuahuas within the family that Adrian has looked after for years. Can’t fault him or his team. Adrian conducted eye surgery on my boy Diego which I was so scared him being so little and having to go under but Adrian did a fantastic job and the after care was brilliant. He is so knowledgeable. Thank you so much Adrian and team.

I work with rescue and Dr Adrian and his team removed a huge tumour in the stomach of one of our cats Milly which was taking up 80% of her stomach. At under 3kg and 12 years old I didn't think she would make it but the care given to her and the recovery in the ICU went over and above. She is successfully recovering at home and is pretty much back to her old self. Dr Adrian has been on hand with any questions I have had when I brought her home and the vet nurses and the reception staff have been exceptionally caring (as always).

The absolute best VET hospital in Perth. Genuine caring staff, who treat you with respect, listen to you and even able to take criticism where necessary to bring up feedback. Reasonable price, and they provide you free after care, medication and nail clipping! Love your work guys! Thanks Dr Adrian

Four people in 24hrs recommended Adrian and his team when I was taking about my French bulldog not being well. I had already been to two vets previously I wasn’t happy. From the moment I walked through the door the staff and Adrian was lovely.
Felt like we were treated with what only was necessary. Even followed up to see how we were doing two day later.

The best vets ever. I’ve been bringing our animals to Adrian for years always the best service and the care given to my animals is always 100%. My daughters fur baby was sick a few weeks ago during the night and had to take him to an emergency vet who slogged her $750 for anti nausea medication and not to mention slagged ocean keys vets. I do not trust anyone with our fur babies and will always support and recommend Adrian and his team at Ocean keys vets. I thank ocean keys vets for always looking after my animals, never ripping me off and being so caring and compassionate. Love you guys you simply are the best.

Our baby hurt her leg and they helped us even when I know it wasn't the easiest time as they were closing for a few months and she had to come in after hours essentially. They really put the welfare of your pets above all else. Had a couple tests done under anaesthesia and they helped us with other things like a strange lump being removed, toenail clipping, vaccinations, and and an x-ray our doggy needed all at once to save us costs of further anaesthesia. Worked out to be about a grand all up but that also included the exam and medication for the next 14 days or so. All up I think that is pretty reasonable as we don't have pet insurance.

Turns out she had a sprain after we ruled out the worst.oh the things we do for our fur babies: D Meds have her right as rain now but glad we checked out the bones. They have also treated out other dog and our cats and can't fault them. I have friends who come here and they always go above and beyond. Looking forward to their reopening.

The Ocean Keys Veterinary Clinic is absolutely brilliant. I have owned many pets taking then to many Vets from Maddington, Huntingdale, Padbury, Kingsley, Mindarie and more throughout my life, but the kindness and love the Ocean Keys Clinic, Staff and Adrian have demonstrated is beyond Outstanding. Our 14 week kitten had a fused intestine that blocked its ability to eat and was very close to "going to the stars". We were devestated a the surgery was extensive and we just could not afford it. The Clinic worked with compassion and understanding beyond our wildest dreams, it truly was incredible! Adrian performed an incredible job and our beautiful Kitten is doing so well. We are not only grateful but overwhelmed by their kindness and love for animals as well as compassion for the families that love them. We cannot recommend them any higher, put simply the best we have ever seen. Thankyou so very much to the Ocean Keys Practice, we will always be taking our pets to you!

I had to take my fathers elderly dog to see the vet as she was quite unwell. Adrian was awesome and understanding, I also received a hug as I was a bit upset. Thoroughly recommend for your fur babies

Got to the vet and waited 15 minutes just to be told to wait in a different room because “other dogs were coming”. The ladies at the counter gave us dirty looks the whole time. We got into the veterinarian room and the man hugged me then fed my 3 month old puppy white chocolate. When I showed my discount paper the lady responded in a rude tone saying we should have given it to the veterinarian but it’s “FINE”. Very unprofessional service. Do not recommend this vet.

How is this muppet so called "Dr" Adrian who I refer to as "Dr Death" still have a license? I was told the higher powers that overlook veterinarians would be thoroughly investigating him and he faced a very likely case of having his veterinarian license (which he must have got in a box of cereal) permanently revoked.

Took our cat in.was misdiagnosed for diabetes.gave her insulin which made her symptoms worse.another "trial and error" false diagnosis and prescription of an absolutely incompetent miserable excuse for a vet.

Staff are rude as!

Adrian gives mixed messages and can never explain things perfectly clear.

This is by far the worst vet you will ever go to. If you read all the 1 star reviews you will find out why. If you value your pet's life GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE!

This guy is a joke and needs his so called license revoked and he needs to be sledgehammered in the face!

First time attending Ocean keys veterinary hospital. Very impressed. Staff are friendly and efficient. Vet was honest and very informative. Will definitely return. Highly recommend.

If I could offer everyone one piece of advice it'd be to avoid this vet at ALL costs.

After presenting to the reception on Friday evening with our cat who had had an abscess removed on Thursday afternoon, who was now struggling to breathe, Adrian told us to go home and give him more pain medication despite the fact that he wasn't eating or drinking. He didn't even bother to listen to our cats chest.

The next day our cat began open mouth breathing, in a panic we rushed him to another vet who ran the necessary tests, listened to his chest and told us that he had fluid in his lungs. Upon further investigation our new vet discovered that our cat was in heart failure.

If we had taken Adrian's advice to up his pain medication and see how he was going in 12-24 hours, our cat would not have made it past the weekend.

This is not the first time we've had issues with Adrian and his staff but we thought we'd give them a second chance. Turns out it wasn't worth it. We will not be back and will be letting people know to avoid this practise.

The most amazing vet Adrian he is so comforting. He gives you more than what is expected.

Very pleased with the dental clean our dog received. She was returned beautifully clean and soft all over. The staff were thorough and the after care given was very good. We were given a full bag of dental biscuits as well and even had a call the day after to check how our dog was. Very well run clinic. Thank you!

We haven't been to Adrian in over 8yrs as we moved away but our fur baby needed help so traveled to see him and instantly felt relaxed and at ease with him. He was great with our dog who usually when visiting the vets is LOUD and in your face. So happy with the service, friendly staff and of course Adrian.

Thank you for taking such good care of my doggies today for their first scale and clean. Very happy with the lovely receptionists, friendly nurses, and as always; Dr Burstein for his outstanding care for all animals. Will definitely book them in again next year.
