When i were referred to "Ocean Keys Veterinary Hospital" to have a consultation with Adrian i were extremely impressed of the sheer professionalism and vast animal knowledge and expertise. The staff have excellent communication skills and gave a very warm friendly welcome and i would have no hesitation to return again and I highly recommend their caring loving attention to detail veterinary services.

Dr Rachel (DVM) provided gender reassignment surgery for my Bull Terrier, Shoney. She took very good care of Shoney, and he had quick recovery. Clearly, one has full confidence with Dr Rachel for veterinary care of our pets.

Can’t thank Adrian enough for everything he done for my girl over the years he would go above and beyond. In the final weeks of my girls life Adrian was messaging and calling every day checking in on how she is doing never have I ever met a more caring vet. Adrian came to my house to put my doggie to rest he was very caring and explained each step. Rest in peace Gracie

So dr adrian misdiagnosed my beloved boy (rip 18/06/2028 -25/10/2021)
healthy beautiful three-year-old puppy and suddenly within the week or 10 days he was dead no answers lots of fabulous dr adrian said he'd kovid that's bulshit his his test for covid another there and you might have it infused to check what i asked him to check his gut i know my dog in there's something wrong with his inside but dr adrian dismissing getting 3 days charge me a lot of money and 22 lady fine now he died 3 days later

Very grateful to Dr Adrian for his exceptional skill and down-to-earth approach. He is honest, highly experienced and a one-of-kind vet the likes of whom you just can’t find easily elsewhere. He has looked after our two dachshunds over the past 8 years and as a medical doctor myself, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Highly recommend Adrian and his team. I had a wonderful experience with my 12yo dog. I was concerned about her having a procedure but Adrian was very reassuring and everything worked out very well.

Adrian should not have a license to treat animals, i simply cannot believe they allowed him to practice again, this man is hurting animals with no accountability, you have all been warned stay away from this business, he also mis-treated our dobermann reading literature from a book trying to find a diagnosis then tried to scam us out of nearly $5000 for surgery he did not need, we went to another vet and had him dealt with by someone who actually knows what he is doing and he did not need surgery at all, just trying to get any penny he can out of people who see him, our dobe is fine and well now no thanks to this slouch.

Adrian’s helped us with our British Bulldog and rescue cat for the last 7 years. 6 surgies and other procedures. I find him so much more trustworthy and appropriately priced compared to vets closer to home. He is very pragmatic about treatments he recommends. He always follows up with a couple of phone calls. Sms reminders for vaccinations. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets.

Do your research, this vet was suspended for five months after misdiagnosing a dog and performing unnecessary surgery and nearly causing him to lose a leg, and causing the death of another. Insanity that a short suspension was the only punishment. A slap on the wrist and a slap in the face to the pet owners.

Often have to wait long past the allocated appointment time, however the level of service is excellent and has remained excellent in the 14yrs we've been taking our two dogs there - for both checkups and serious operations.

Do not ever ever take your animals here- they get mistreated, the wrong procedures / operations that get badly infected which has ended up in many deaths…

This happened a long time ago. My mother sent me in to collect some medication for our pet, I was in high school (17ish). I’d never met Adrian before. I saw him hugging other customers and presumed that was because he knew them well.

He asked me to hug him, and whilst I said yes (because I was caught off guard, I didn’t expect a grown man/stranger to ask that to someone he’s never met before) …. That was a bit awkward.

I’ve always “looked” older/mature so he probably didn’t think I was under 18 - but still, It’s a veterinary service - keep it professional. Save it for the clients you know. Not everyone wants hugs

He also misdiagnosed our old dog, which just prolonged her suffering, she should have been put down rather than “tried” to save

How can you people say that dr Adrian is a good vet honestly he has killed more
Pets than you will know he is terrible and to let him re open is a joke the staff are rude and horrible as well do not take your pets to this vet he needs to be closed down for good

I took my cats to see Adrian a while back.

Previously, I had a beautiful rag doll cat. Unfortunately he was very sick, I took him to emergency vet in balata. They kept him overnight. I called Adrian the next day and he said to bring him in. Unfortunately, my cat and I were left waiting a very long time. My cat’s physical condition was urgent. He was distressed and I was distressed. When I finally got in the room I witnessed my cat have what looked like a seizure on the floor. It was traumatising. Unfortunately, he died later at the vet and they didn’t have my correct number to ring me.

It might come from a place of care and good intentions but when you take on too much animals die.

Later I brought another cat to see him. That cat had some heart issues. Adrian put her on lifelong heart medication. Thankfully, I had the good sense to see a specialist and get a second opinion (Shenton). They told me to take her off the medication as it was not necessary and could in the long term cause more harm. I’m not a vet, but this seems to me as practicing outside his skill area and this puts animals at risk.

Adrian has treated countless numbers of professional working dogs over the last 10 years. With all of the complicated cases associated with these dogs he has always treated them with the utmost care. He has referred dogs to specialists when needed and has provided nothing but the best care. We are so happy Adrian and his amazing team is back!

The vet and owner of this practise has recently been suspended from killing a dog and doing an unnecessary surgical procedure on another which almost caused a loss of limb. These are the only two cases reported however I’m sure more dodgey stuff has happened.

Temp vet was arrogant and condescending to us and our pets problem.
We are now in n the situation of considering going to another vet who might be interested in what we have to say and not fixated on one potential condition.
She will not get our trade again

Woeful service. Wife paid a deposit for boarding without realising I had also managed to get our dog boarded elsewhere. Rang back within 24 hours to cancel booking. Was told we would have to wait at least a month to get refund. Shame on you.

Edit - after writing this review, I received a call a few days later and our refund was provided within a few days rather than a month. Just a shame it took a negative review to get it done.

My Dog died today. I am devastated but I cannot thank this team for firstly fitting me in when they were booked out for a week but their compassion, empathy and amazingness. Despite the fact, they were so busy, the time and effort, respect and compassion they showed to my family including pets was faultless and in a imperfect world.still perfect. No words can express my gratitude. One of the worst days of my life was made better because of You guys! Xxx
