69Found long blonde hair in my chips eerily similar to that of the girl who served our chips up.made a special request but they ignored it. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed by the service at Belridge Nandos either.
Has certainly gotten busier in store, they need to be a little more accurate with food ready times, to save customers waiting around additional 10 plus minutes after placing phone order and being told 20. Aside from.that this stores customer service is still top notch and of course the food is fantastic. Thanks
Worst nandos expierience i have ever had the pasting was so thin and we asked for extra and hardly got any so annoyed wont be going back to this nandos ever again.
Extremely pore service.
Never answers phone, as only have one staff member on till at a time and very busy nights they don't answer phone so they can serve people in store - manager must be a cheap skate.hire someone else for the busy periods common sense!
And when phone is answered the young boys obviously havent haven't worked in customer service a day in there lives!
Extremely poor service, cant even get a phone order answered.if this was my business i would be extremely worried.this is not just a one off but a regular occurrence.

They don't listen to your order the first time when you ask for extra basting. You have to check your take away food before you leave and if you dine in you have to go back up to the counter. I don't know what their definition of extra basting is!?
You guys need to pick up the phone once in awhile, called on multiple occasions and no one answers, do you want to make money?
Just went in to get lunch at 1230pm and was told there was a 30 min wait for chicken as they hadn't cooked enough! Nandos has def gone down hill in a big way lately
