Nando's Belridge

Have gone here on a few occasions and our order has been incorrect many times. I can't believe this place is still open representing Nando's, as it is a let down to the company. The staff have no care when preparing food. It's real shame as this is the closest Nando's to us. We would rather drive another 15mins than to eat at this place.

The premises was clean and staff pleasant.
A couple of observations:
The sweet potato fries were "clumpy" unlike at other stores;
There was no soap and paper towels available at the sink provided for hand washing.

Missing part of order, no care. Does not accept cash real pain when you have cash. Love nandos wouldn't recommend this store.

The worst service I’ve ever had, chicken was cold, our dinner all came out at random times, waited 1.5 hrs.

Absolute joke of a store. Waited 45 mins for an order with 2 items. Didn’t even get them and asked for a refund. Not the first time this has happened either. Not impressed. Won’t be back.

Yesterday i came here for delivery, i wait 20 minutes here after my pickup time and then i ask to one lady how long for this order she told me more 20 minutes then I asked I already wait 20 minutes after that she talked with me very rudely and talked very aggressively so the my question is if u dont want to make order on time so why your team not delay the order because it’s difficult to wait 40 minutes, because for that lady I’ll never come in this store as customers or driver too thnks!

There were 4 of us and they said our food would take 15 minutes but we ended up waiting for 1 hour and then our food came in 20 minute intervals and some of them came cold. The rice I had was so bland and you could definitely tell it was a uncle bens microwaved pack. Absolute shambles. My grandma could’ve done better even if she was blind, chair bound and had no arms. Joke of a restaurant.

The service area needs to change, eat in food sits there next to take out bags that are taken by anyone (so many different drivers walk in) so they pretty much reach up against and over your food on that plate! They also lean and talk over it to the staff, and sometimes show their phones through it, gross. It wasn't turned on (heat) so doesn't need to sit there. Always ask for nothing on the chips at all not even salt but always comes with salt. Im sure the chicken on the pitas get thinner everytime, so thin!

I don't know what level sorceress Jaya must be but let me tell you something- she be back there casting all kinds of spells on our chicken. Furthermore her attentiveness to detail, commitment to customer service and overall demeanour are all superb. On more than one occasion has Jaya gone up and out of her way to ensure both our meal and experience were exquisite. Again, not sure which guild trained her but this witch be casting mad spells!

Customer service is amazing! Cooper was very polite, and my food came out hot and fresh. Although it was a bit of wait, it was worth it.

Amazing customer service and great quality food = great restaurant!

The $18 salad box was less then 1/3 filled and the burger and chicken was completely cold and it wasn't the delivery drivers fault from pick up. Absolutely pathetic

This restaurant has very bad management and is really hard to deal with. If you want your food faster and don’t wanna wait forever, I would highly recommend to go to Joondalup, Hillary’s or Duncraig

Came in tonight and Torrin was a superstar! Definitely an asset to Nandos. He gave Great customer service and super super friendly! Recommended the three bell pepper dip! So so good! Thanks heaps Torrin

Although I love their chicken I can't help but wonder how many orders Nando's miss out on due to their useless online order/payment system. Almost every time I try to place an online order payment is declined. It's not lack of funds, plenty there, I also tried using my wife's card, also not accepted. Then I tried to order over the phone and got a message saying they were too busy to take my order and to order through Uber or Deliveroo instead. WTF! If I had wanted to spend more and have it delivered I would have done that in the first place.

Staff are always friendly and rarely impatient considering how long some people take to decide which sauce they would like.
Chicken tastes good, sauce tastes good, but the chicken is often a little overcooked for my liking.

Bit naff. Bit dry. Also waited for my pick up order that I ordered over the phone. Seen a bag sitting there.
10 minutes later, heard a staff member say my name and touch the bag. So walked up and said "I'll just take that then shall I? " He said, "oh you're 'name'? "
I said yeah!

They hadn't even shouted out it was ready. Just stood there waiting. Urgghhh

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDERS!
Orders are constantly wrong. Not once or twice but constantly. Staff never willing to compensate for there mistakes, by far worst run Nando's store in Perth! Management is an absolute joke to say it politely

Most vague online ordering I've seen. Pictures paint all the words with food orders. These guys have pictures of chips! Hmmmmm. Seen them before. How about the real food on display?

Poor food quality. Chicken was undercooked and too salty. Chips also was not fresh and too salty again.

Ordered dinner through uber eats who completely botched my Ordered, spoke to the manager who sorted it out and delivered our food personally. Absolutely fantastic customer service and the food is always yummy.
