69They were under staffed and slow. This would.be fine, however this was not communicated to me. I waited over 30mins. I approached the staff to ask how long my food was and I got completely ignored several times. I ordered the same time as my brother. My food is going cold while we wait for his food. I am still here currently telling people to eat elsewhere because the queue is so bad and the staff are giving no indication of time to serve food
Waited for more than 8 minute to make order! None of staff were even bothered to come and take order! After 10 min he comes and says put your order online! No apologies & no explanation as to why!

Missing food when we got home. Sent an email and didn't even get a reply. Massive wait times even if ordered online in advance.
Worst experience ever! I paid $50 for my order to receive some items missing. I tried calling NANDOS but no answer. Goes to voice message. Customer service line never answers aswell. I called them for 2 whole weeks. Rings twice then line hangs up. No way of communicating with them. I called the company that delivered the food and they requested for a refund but restaurant never answered the request and now. Still have not received my refund. $50 gone to waste. No way of talking to them and I don’t drive. They don’t care about their customers. Disgusting company. They will take your money and never return your calls even if you leave a voice message. DONT BUY FROM NANDOS!
Terrible service it took them 45 minutes to bring 8 tenders to the table! And even when they came the order was wrong and the staff were so rude, never coming back
Very friendly staff and really fresh chicken.
I had forgotten my mask and my girlfriend asked them for a mask while I was waiting outside and they were so easy on that.
The store looks so clean and the food was really delicious. I am a big fan of Nandos and have been to many stores, and this one was really nice.
Won’t be returning, Ordered via nandos app and picked it up the recieved wrong order, lady working tonight as “manager” refused to refund, when they literally gave us the wrong item, we drove all the way back here to get a refund as they don’t pick up their phone to be told they can’t refund it because we ordered via their app? Horrendous customer service and the lady on duty as manager should learn some basic customer service.

Staff won’t serve me for takeway order 20 mins before closing, it clearly says they close at 10.00pm but the guy serving me said that we’re closed even though they were still open for another 20 mins. Discrimination at it’s best. Never going back.
Staff discriminate against the public who choose not to wear masks in a fight for medical autonomy. Do not attend this business.
Disgusting! How can a business discriminate against the public who have a mask exemption. How can staff say they “feel uncomfortable” serving a customer with a medical mask exemption? How can a business say, “I will not serve you without a mask”? Its unlawful, unjust and discriminatory.
Staff were very arrogant during my visit. Had to wait a long time for my order. When it finally arrived it was under cooked. When I raised my concern of under cooked chicken, staff were again very rude. Will not be returning.
Raw cold chicken every time I been here, young staff cooking that aren’t even chefs or know how they should be cooking. Been here several times but definitely won’t be back! Tables always dirty cutlery is not clean always have to re wash it at the hand wash sink and dry it with paper towel this store is always quiet but tables always have dirty plates on it. Poor management takes about 40/45 min to bring out the food dosent seem like they know what their doing seem very lazy and don’t really care

Feel very grateful to live close to one of the best Nando's in Perth. Never had a bad feed from this place.
Staff are friendly but unfortunately can’t say anything good about the food. The BBQ ribs came out cold. Chicken at this Nandos store just not that great.
I always come to this Nando’s. I find they are very friendly. The food is great and the atmosphere is warm.
I will continue to come to this store as long as they serve that tasty chicken and famous fresh chips.

This was a great filling meal. There was a Safe wa code and hand sanitizer available. The sauces were on request due to covid safe requirements. Overall a lovely restaurant and a great atmosphere. The chicken was amazing and flavourful as well as the peri peri chips. It is a very nice nandos:)
Make sure you check with the staff weather they have packed EXACTLY what you have ordered before leaving the shop
I had ordered a quarter chicken specifically a leg and thigh piece (maryland) went home and sat down to dinner found it was a breast piece. Even though the order slip did state a leg piece.
