69I don't know why I keep going back, either the burger is too saucy or the chips are over seasoned. The photo is the leftover seasoning from my chips which were dry in the mouth because of how much seasoning was on them. Final straw, I'm not going back.
Filthy. Place was empty of customers yet there was food and used dishes on most tables and dropped food all over the floor around the kitchen. The guy taking the order acted like i was bothering him for coming there to place an order. Food was cold, chips soggy and slapped together worse than I feed my dogs. The worst Nandos ive ever been to.
Asked for no lettuce and got lettuce on my wifes meal so missus couldn't eat as being pregnant. Sweet potato chips were soggy and oily.
Do not recommend this place.
Went into restaurant to buy take away Nando's and was informed by staff they do not except cash. Excuse me?

Finally convinced the kids to try nandos and we get absolute dog s*** delivered by Uber eats 70min wait, cold and rubbery. “Not eligible for refund of $73 inedible food. ” Deleting the app never eating nandos again.
Placed an order (for delivery) Estimated time of delivery 4.55. Was told via notification it was being picked up and on its way. 10 minutes another notification saying being picked up by a different driver and on way. Food arrived at 5.25, soggy, and cold. Not only that, opened the box of what should have been chicken tenders to find two burnt pieces of corn on the cob? ! You can no longer directly contact the restaurant, you have to ring customer service, it said there was a two minute wait (which was fine) 6 minutes later a recorded message said there was nobody to take my call I ended up getting in my car and going into the restaurant to sort it out. Very frustrating when I paid $72 for a family meal, paid for delivery and may of well just gone myself. Seems like the most simple of things these days are a thing of the past. Good quality, hot food which Is delivered more or less on time……very few and far between.
This is atrocious food for the price you pay. Don’t bother with special requests, seems like they can’t read them. Didn’t even put sauce on tenders. Should’ve gone to kfc
We placed a pickup order with chips to be cooked upon arrival. Received everything as how we expected. Cheers
I will never buy from this Nandos again, after you order there is a 30 minute wait for the food then you go there three minutes early and your food is sitting on a shelf getting cold, why are you given a timeframe that is incorrect absolute lack of customer service from this shop.
I walked in with intention in getting a chicken meal and fries but decided to go the QUICK healthy option & I ordered the coleslaw I asked how long and he said 10 minutes. I came back 15 minutes later and was told not ready, another 10 minutes. Lol I finally got my teeny cardboard box. Thinking, as it took 30 minutes to make it would be really nice, maybe with a bit of a Nando's kick.l Got home and to my surprise the teeny box was HALF full with large chunks of cabbage and IF I searched carefully there were some tiny strips of carRot. LARGE chunks of cabbage, no dressing, no sauce, no seasoning. No care

Yes I only spent $6.95 but c'mon SUCH POOR QUALITY.
So sad as this outlet is so poorly managed. Wrong orders. Long wait times. Missing items. Ordered online to avoid the long wait. Still waited more than 20 mins after the expected pick up time. Then there were missing items from 2 different meals and 1 incorrect item. Get it together people. Food is great but management needs work. Get your staff trained.
I'm a food delivery guy, I waited for half an hour, the staff was not good, very slow, they asked me when my order was good, they wouldn't answer me, very bad shop
Nandos, you need to shut this Belridge store down. THE DUMBE$t staff EVER.
Every time I order from the app it comes from this store and EVERY time they stuff up the order. The staff are the bottom of the barrel humans.
I have almost given up going to this Nando's, the time waiting to give an order and to find out that it's a 30 minute wait for actual food is ridiculous. Even at the height of Covid when the place was packed it was a lot nicer.
Sadly, even Maccas seems more tempting, at least the staff are polite

As a regular I find that this store always has good service, a nice atmosphere and generous portion sizes. Very welcoming!
Disgusting service. Over 2 hours to get a delivery order made! The driver waited for over 30mins in store. The phones were off when I tried to ring. If you can't handle the volume of business either hire more staff or sell up, your clearly not compentent at running a business.

I usually love Nandos but the last paella I had was very disappointing. The veggies were not cooked at all! Rare onion and not much chicken at all on the grand paella.very disappointed!
