Nando's

Ugh. 40 minute wait for food, no warning when ordering (two of us ordered from different people, neither got a warning), then it came out cold. Restaurant was only about 2/3 full. Annoying.

There is a horde of mosquitoes near and around your outside sink, near the sauces. 10 May 2019

Also, restaurant is dead quiet, but order takes over 25 minutes.

Like another reviewer, sun 3: 00 was not too busy but the tables were not cleared for the whole 27 minutes it took to make 1 kids meal. No notice that it would take so long to get food. Food was good though.

Foods fine no complaints, but the ginger haired ranga behind the till needs to improve his smug attitude problem. If I see him working I go next door to subway instead.

We dined at 7/4/2019 at 3: 30pm on Sunday. The place was a total mess with full staff on that we're behind the counter doing nothing. It was empty, yet every table had empty plates and rubbish everywhere. The chips tasted terrible, had a perfume taste to it. The chicken was half raw and there were no clean plates available. The wash basin was so filthy, there were hundreds of bugs flying around it. Staff were so lazy and inconsiderate that I will never eat here again and it was my local.

Very poor service, Busy Friday night, order took 30 minutes longer than promised. Then the chicken was not even a whole chicken!

Always amazing service and food quality. A family favourite of ours and also a cheeky regular work lunch favourite!

Alwaya good food but seem to be much slower than other stores.we seem to be always waiting long for our food.maybe it's just us.

Wait time can be a while even when quiet but staff always friendly and importantly the foods good

I come here weekly with the same online takeaway order. I would say they get it right 70% of the time. However, they are genuinely very nice and make any corrections straight away. Good customer service, clean and big restaurant.

Actually the best nando's I have been to. Pretty good.clean, good staff and they know what they are doing.

35 minute wait for takeaway and the food was cold. Not happy Nando's I have emailed the complaints team as this was the last straw for this store multiple times before this has happened. Stop taking and serving all the food to Deliveroo or Uber eats.

Happy, only sells chicken. Nando’s in Latin means “lots of chicken”, but yet lots of chicken? Really not disappointed.

Chicken is still good but a little burned. Took a long while for tables to be cleared and tables never wiped.a big negative for a restaurant IMO. Maybe they’re lack of more hands, so management may be stinging on staff. A cleaner outlet compared to the Applecross one, however cleanliness and smiles is a long way from the Nandos you get in rest of Asia. Buck up Aussie!

Clean, service generally on par with other Nando's. On this visit however our chicken was burnt and turned over when it came to the table (a trick Nando's use always check both sides)

I'm not sure what it is with this Nando's, but each time I've been, it's always been slow. Ordering takes ages, and waiting for the food takes even longer. The quality of the food is what I'd expect, but they just seem to take their time compared to various other Nando's I've been to. After my experience today, I don't think I'll be returning to this particular restaurant unless I have a good reason.

Been going to Nando’s for years and the experience was mediocre compared to areas that I’ve been in Australia. The sauce did not taste the same or ratio a bit off. Otherwise it was fine.

I love the food especially the chicken and rice but its super slow and I really wish it was faster

First time come to a nandos tell me have to wait more then 35 mins for a chicken. In the time only have 6 table (more then half empty and half of customer already have their meal). Counter guy extremely rude even don’t want repeat what he said in thrid time. He speak fast speed in a small volume. We have been told ribs will be fast but still wait like 20 mins and it’s burned. No sauce, no forks, no knife, no spoon. Everything have to ask staff. Totally disappointed
