Nando's

Dinning room was full of empty dirty plates. Toilets were an absolute mess. Ordered 3 things and they all came out at different times. I asked for my whole chicken to be cut in 8’s, the server told me the manager would not do that because it’s against their regular protocols! Which is absurd, I’ve be coming to nandos for over 20 years and have always asked for my chicken to be cut like that. Definitely will not be coming back here again! Terrible service!

Came into the shop at 8: 30pm after watching a movie on Friday night. It took 10 minutes to order from the counter because all the staff were busy running around. After ordering, we waited another 45 minutes for our food. Chicken came out first followed by the chips 15 minutes later. We were the last ones in the restaurant by then but somehow, the guy forgot we ordered x2 chips so had to make another batch. After reading other reviews, this seems quite standard? Very disappointed and would not recommend going to this Nandos. What a let down.

2nd time going to this Willetton outlet and being turned away on a Saturday evening, due to " sorry were too busy " "we can't take any more orders ".

Ordered our food at 8: 30pm, and waited half and hour for our dinner! The guy then said that they’ve run out of chicken and could not provide us with our meal, unless we swap to burgers! Unbelievable! Worst experience ever!

Revisited this nandos for the first time in 4 years (4 stars last time) Ordered food (Chicken and two sides). Literally us and two other familes. Took 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Not a pleasent experience with hungry kids. Did it again a week later; same time taken. Will not be visiting again any time soon.

HOW DOES NANDOS RUN OUT OF CHICKEN? We haven’t been there for years and thought we would go as the atmosphere from what we remember had been good. When we arrived there were dirty tables, no one was cleaning. They had run out of clean water glasses. They were not very busy. Staff were hanging around doing nothing in the kitchen. The staff member at the counter was drinking a coffee and talking to staff. When we asked a table next to us how long they had been waiting, they said at least 30 minutes. We waited 30 minutes ourselves, and didn’t even get served our drinks, only to be told by the cook/manager that they had run out of chicken. HOW DOES NANDOS RUN OUT OF CHICKEN? No this is not a joke. But they are! NEVER AGAIN NANDOS!

Our meal yesterday was at best below average! We are very dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least!
I had the avo burger which was cold, with a very small piece of chicken and supposedly hot peri peri sauce (I couldn’t taste it at all!)
My husband had the whole chicken and again hot peri peri sauce? Where was it? Both meals were tasteless!
This was not a cheap meal and it’s just not good enough! What are Nandos going to do about it? I await your reply.

Ordered dinner and after waiting 30min and yet to receive anything then approached and told they had run out of cooked chicken and could only provide burgers. Then to top it off could not provide a refund as we ordered from the QR code and is apparently a different system. What the? Now we have to see about the refund what chance to we have for this to go smoothly?

I ordered through a young lad by the name of Lachlan, he had a beautiful and kind and charming charismatic. He recommended food for my family and I and I couldn’t have been more happy. He even cheered up my son who had a rough day at school. Thank you Lachlan!

Really slow and poor customer service, particularly with take away orders which should be quick. Took ages waiting it line, the guy at the front doesn't understand customer service.

Chicken tenders were dry not juicy and succulent. Great music and wonderful atmosphere to sit outside and enjoy some sunshine.

Feel so shame about short-staffing, the girl with the light gold hair doesn’t have enough training to take orders. I ordered by myself, and I asked her to give me the drink, she seemed like she doesn’t know anything about the restaurant.
I waited for my regular meal order for about 40min, I went to ask how long I need to wait for my order and the guy said the sweet potato chips were not enough for my portion so still need to wait for next one. But what I got, was a small bowl of COLD and SOFT sweet potato chips not even crispy and just warm.
So poor. I was so annoyed.

The whole aesthetic was pleasing to look at. The female server tonight was phenomenal, she was so welcoming very apologetic for the delay on service. Definitely being run understaffed. But the team tonight killed it. The food was delicious. The only negative was tables had never been cleared the duration I was there. Which was over an hour and there was a lot of dirty tables.

Staff unsure what they are doing, they are slow and have selective customer service. They need to treat people equally. I died one the staff and they said it’s a 25min wait. I ended up waiting for 35min. Not impressed.

Such a shame that this restaurant is so understaffed and the pressure it must put on those poor staff having to work there.
Under trying conditions the staff were still polite but having to wait over an hour for takeaway or dine in is simply unacceptable. Nandos you need to run your outlet far better and support your staff and the local community.

WORST NANDOS EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE RUDE BLONDE GIRL AT RECEPTION THINKS SHE OWNS THE STORE NOT CUTTING MY CHICKEN IN 8 PIECES AND REFUSING TO GET IT TO ME IN 8 PORTIONS HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY AT THIS STORE OVER THE YEARS! MY FOOD CAME IN 4 SLOPS AND BURNT TO AND CORN HAD NO BASING CHIPS WERE ALL SOGGY AND OVER COOKED WILL NOT RETURN AGAIN!

BEEN GOING TO THIS STORE FOR A LONG TIME ALWAYS GET THE SAME ORDER 1 WHOLE CHICKEN CUT IN 8 PIECES AND 2 LARGE SIDES, Chips and corn! The rude blonde girl out in reception said NO WE DONT CUT OUR CHICKEN IN 8 PIECES VERY RUDELY I TOLD HER I ALWAYS HAVE IT IN 8 portions! My food came with 4 big chunks of chicken and the cord had no basing and chips were soggy and over cooked! I made a complaint to head office to! Get your act together NANDOS WILLETTON!

This is our local Nando for a few years now for the occasional treat.
Consistent with other reviews, we have seen quite a few staff turnover throughout the years but this was the store which we had experienced the best customer services, and so we are relatively lenient in terms of review. The quality of the food has been generally good, with the occasional hit & miss with different staff on duty as expected.
We found the place is big enough to guarantee a place for families with young kids, and our recent visits have been good with shorter wait time than normal.
Overall, a good place for the occasional dinner treat.
Tips 1: They don’t cut whole chicken into 8 anymore, just 4, so remember to bring a kids scissor if you have kids
Tips 2: order via the app on the table worked well, and faster from the experience I witnessed of the lengthy time taken for counter ordering by trainee staff

Zero customer service systems down and great excuse for the staff or would I say kids to have a day off.
