Nice venue but really shocking service. 45 minute wait for a meal that came out cold. Please hire more staff

Went there today at 12.55pm not opened. Was told by staff they were gonna open at 1.00pm. Waited for 15 minutes still not opened. Not good enough

Terrible customer service. Waited over an hour. Low hygiene and staff just hide in the back to avoid customers. The worst, possibly the worst restaurant experience ever

Food was good but beware of poor customer service, a restaurant filled with mozzies and a 45 minute wait for food.

50 minute wait for cold food. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes while actively being avoided by staff. One of the poorest experiences I've had at a restaurant. Not sure how this venue is still open.

3. Poor service
4. We choose two tables to sit both were dirty
5. No tissues on table myself had to go and get
6. Again had to go get plate and forks for food (bcz food just came by itself) which couldn't get no one was paying attention

No more customer service as you can’t call the store to pre-order. When you ask for sauce packets using home delivery services you never receive them. Sometimes the chicken/chips comes cold when you order online.

Not reliable restaurant.many time I had to go somewhere else because they didn't have enough of everything.

Do not.do not.use uber eats with these guys.
Takes forever and pay for items you don't receive.

Worst restaurant ever! This is the second time we’ve ordered through you guys and had home delivery. You’ve either forgotten some of our food and/or our drinks! An absolute joke you are! Never again you robbing thieves! I can’t even get a refund as I can’t even get through to you or on your customer service line. Absolutely disgusting and I’ll make sure I spread the negativity about you.

Was told when we ordered that it will be a long wait. We understand as it was busy. They said approximately 40 to 50mins. We waited patiently then noticed other tables that got there after us received their meals. We questioned the staff about it and they said they will check however they never came back with a response. This is at the hour mark.

I then went back and asked the staff again and they said it was coming and they were just waiting on fresh chips. At 1.5hrs they proceeded to serve all other tables that came after us.

I questioned them again and demanded our meal as my kids were starving at this stage and they said they have accidentally given our food to another table.

The service was absolutely terrible no apologies was given and lame excuses. It was chaos there and the staff just didn't care. I was patient up to the hour mark, but their lack of effort and attention is very disappointing.

Food was only warm when it came out. Very frustrating

Lunch today. Long wait for cold food. My burger had rotten slimey lettuce clear on delivery to our table, sent it back and had it never return which TBH was probably the best. Dining room dirty, not cutlery, bathrooms no soap or hand towels.

One of the lady is absolutely freaking rude. No manners at all. The place is a mess and the order takes so long

This Nando's is so inconsistent, but is generally pretty average. Poorly packaged wraps, cold chips, dry chicken with basically no marinade.

Disorganised and untidy. Be prepared to wait longer than what they tell you. Has no flow to their orders.

Ordered through the app and over the phone a few times now and most times the order has taken close to an hour. The wait times are not acceptable, even though the app gives the expected time the order would be ready (usually 15 minutes). Arrive there only to stand around for another half n hour or 45 minutes waiting for my order to be ready and it wasn't just my order, there are lots of other customers also getting frustrated and waiting upto an hour for their orders. Need to hire more staff or improve the cooking times or have the app report more realistic times for when the order is expected to be ready!

How disappointing. Shockingly bad burger at this nandos which I often love. Whole meal cold, bun stale and chicken dry as bone. I make better burgers. We were the only ones in the restaurant for 40 mins and we saw alot of orders go out the door yet we had to fetch ours from the kitchen because it sat on the counter for so long no one bringing it to us. We didnt mind going to find our meal but then had to wait for the chips while the chicken got cold. Just appalling

Waited over 10 mins in line to place an order even though there was only 2 people in front of me in the queue.

After ordering, I then waited over 40 mins to receive my food. Very bad service considering the restaurant wasn’t very busy.

Whilst waiting for the food, I watched many online and delivery orders being prioritised, whilst in store customers continued to wait.

When the food was eventually served, no apologies from the staff.

Witnessed incorrect orders to other patrons, and food being returned. Staff looked like they could not care less. Restaurant requires better management.

The only upside was the burger and chips tasted good.

Waited over 40 minutes for our food, even though the restaurant was less than half full.

During this time, saw the staff prioritising online orders as all the tables around us were still waiting.

Poor service, you gotta pay attention to your in-store customers first.

Otherwise, food was ok when it eventually arrived.

I love nandos. But not this one. Long wait times, sub standard food and average service. I got halumi today that wasn't cooked properly and looked like puke. Sort it out.
