After waiting at the counter for about 5 minutes, we were finally served. Seems there was only 1 person not in the kitchen. Waited approximately 45 minutes for our food and there was only 1 other table seated. Seems take away was priority.
After waiting 45mins I went to the counter and saw out food sitting on the counter getting cold, they said they were waiting on chips. The same chips they had been filling into take away bags for the 5mins I stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I then had to go and collect my own food as it sat there for another 5mins. The poor lady behind the counter was swamped by new customers, just like the kitchen seemed to be. My chips were cold and my wife's burger was stale and cold also. I think the issue comes down to management not having enough staff for the take away, so the seated guests were forgotten about. Terrible, won't be going back.

Waited 55mins for a overpriced mediocre burger!
Store owners need re think their ordering process. On busy nights priority should be given to customers who are already in store. Dont chase after the lucrative delivery app orders and forget or disregard your in store customers. If you cant prioritize orders then have ample staff available and separate online and in store purchases by having separate stations catering for each type of order.
Waited 55mins for a rushed and poor value for money 'all in burger'. Not even an apology from staff for the delay. Who by the way dont seem to be bothered with the poor service!
An exceptional disappointing experience! I wont be back!

Went there for dinner last night, overall was a great experience and the staff did really well with that amount of orders came together

So basically what happened was there were lots of menu logs and takeaway orders as we could see there were many people waiting near the counter area after we placed the order. Meanwhile there’s no toilet paper or paper towel in the toilet; tables were cleaned etc.
I was thinking “don’t expect too much with this Nandos, I just don’t need to come back again if anything goes wrong”

It turned out the food was perfectly cooked and we didn’t need to wait for a long time either. I could see the staff were working as a team and they did really well with what they have done! Well done!

Left and got refind after 40 minute wait with restaurant less than half full. Told when leaving there was a 45 minute wait. No mention of that when ordering and this was the 3rd time we have problems in a row.

Wait time 45 minutes at lunch time. Management needs to put more staff on. Staff were friendly but definitely overworked with only 2 working at that point in time.

Really disappointed with the service. My son and I waited 40 mins for our meals. When they arrived my son was given a Hot Burger when I ordered BBQ Sauce and mine was cold. I know they were busy but looked to me like the Uber orders got priority over the customers waiting in the restaraunt.

Came In late, but still had excelent service. One of the staff members was a wonderful lad, personable, nice, basically the definition of perfect hospitality. Tell him hes doing a smashing job.

Placed online order it took 1h+ to cook, Will never order there! Also you order small side or large side - you always receive a small side - 5x already.

Went to Nando's in Willetton ordered the services are very slow and all they do are prioritising uber eats. Not fair for customers who have ordered and have to wait for hour's. They should do something about it.

The place falls apart when they are busy. Not enough staff on duty.
Revised down to 1 star. Ordered online and advised 15 minutes before ready. Arrived on time and told to wait another 15 minutes! They were certainly not busy. Apparently chicken was not ready to come out of oven before going on the grill. Poor form at 6pm.

Everytime I come here I realise the difference between a good and bad Nando's. The food is delivered to the table as soon as it is made. The chicken always well cooked and has enough sauce. The layout of the store is big enough that you can choose to sit outside or inside. Always have a pleasant experience with the Willetton store!

Wish I could give this store -5. Every time I've ordered through Uber Eats something has been missing or wrong. I don't understand how you can screw it up so many times. It would be lovely if the people coordinating these orders would do it right. The staff need to be trained better. If you're planning on eating here, go and dine in because at least you can pull them up if they get stuff wrong.

Come here quite often. Going a bit down hill, more concentrated on Menulog orders, portion sizes all over place and not all meals coming out together. Restaurant seems to be cleaner from last time, will go to another Nandos in future.

Service good, food was bit off old chicken and over cooked and cold fries, so told the guy to replace the fries which they did and we got fresh fries,

This is the 3rd time I have come here and had to wait over 30min for a meal, I noticed alot of uba eats driver's in there picking up orders, why can't they organize it better so customers that are in the shop don't have to wait so long, I also noticed my food had been sitting on the counter for over 5min, so by the time it got to my table it wasn't hot, very poor service

Staff are all amazingly friendly and helpful.
Who ever hired them has done a great job.

Just like all Nando locations the energy and experience is very nice and full of energy but food was prepared a bit slow and the last couple times I’ve had a supremo burger although the chicken was absolutely delicious but very poorly put together. Chips were yum as usual and friendly staff on top. Altogether a good experience but could be improved in some places

Terrible customer service and poor hygiene. If you want to buy from here just takeaway it's much more quicker then dine-in.

Poor Customer service. There were no clean tables, Took over 30 mins for the my food and over 45 for my brother. The food was fine. I Don’t want to sound negative but, You shouldn’t dine in, Do takeaway instead.
