76I've spent the last 2 days trying to get in contact with various departments within this store and still not a single sole has picked up my call. Absolutly poor! If I could, I would defiantly give 0 stars. Customer Service? Non-existant.
Tried 3 times to call home appliances, no answer, geeeeeez get some staff to deal with potential customers
It was a real pleasure to buy a tv through Michael! No fuss friendly service at a great price! With more like Michael there will be better times for Myer Even as we approach Halloween
Lovely shop. Always a bit too warm so I'm rushing out the door before I get a chance to browse. Clothes are beautiful. Clean store
False advertising. Clearly labeled $120 for 2 Less 40% then at checkout they say no it has a normal individual price that accumulates far above $120. And point me to a recommended retail price in fine print on the inside of an obscure clothing label and 40% is off this price. Consumer commission better get onto this.
Store is nice, One of the staff in the David Lawrence section was rude. She also turned off some customers.

Found Myer to be a total disappointment. The lack of service was appalling. What service I did receive was rude and very opinionated. Thumbs down for me. Won't bother going back.
Myers customer service has gone down alot. Maybe time for a up skill for some of their staff in manners.

It's often busy on Saturdays because of sales, so the attendants may take a while to serve you if you're looking for shoes. They offer a lot of discounts for myer one users.
Click and collect. Love it. Makes doing returns easy too. Wonderful customer service. Sales assistant went out of her way to check and update my Myer One Card that I have mislaid.

The store have a lot of variety brands under one roof with good sales and staffs are generally helpful and cheerful. A good place to spend time shopping.
