Out of stock of what we wanted so ordered it & Myer gave us a gift voucher to cover the postage. Excellent service for customers loving in Mandurah.

Staff rude and couldn't be bothered to check if item I wanted was in stock, told staff on counter was on a break and to come back later? Went to David Jones who didn't have what I was after but the service was great, very helpful, ended up going on line and getting what I wanted. Ladies on Myer beauty counters your shop assistants, under line assistance, get over yourselves.

Everything was great except the fitting rooms. Supposed to be a limit of 5 people including staff. Hard to get a fitting room. Lucky if there was less than 10 people. No social distancing. Disappointing

Had santa photos taken with my 10.5mth old daughter. It was the first time she met Santa but he and his 'elves' were truly lovely and spent time talking with her after photos. Only thing I would say is that it took me a little bit to find them in the large store.:) Well worth the visit though.

Always good service at my Myers! First time back for ages due to lockdown and took a while to choose! The sales assistant was very good with a pleasant and helpful manner.

Good products but Myers has really not spent any money on the shops in years. Change rooms are usually dirty or messy and the staff are usually very rude and grumpy especially the older lady with brown hair that works in the kids clothing area.

It's sad Myers is going through tough time due to online competition. However today I experienced something one cannot get from online website, top quality face to face friendly customer service!

Didn't get five stars as a lot of checkouts were closed when we visited, however the sales staff were polite and efficient. Stock was good for the post Christmas period. Worth a visit.

I’m writing this review to recommend Estée Lauder in Myer garden city and it’s just because of a lady who is working there named Angelique. We bought a moisturizer and we were absolutely impressed by her knowledge and her patience. She answered all our questions patiently and very clearly. I totally recommend consulting with her to go for the correct product for your skin type.
I will go there again only because of Angelique ‘s behaviour and knowledge.

Went to get some perfume last week and all I can say is Chrissy knows her stuff. Got my fragrance and great service. Very knowledgeable and obviously loves what she does. My son and I also appreciated the sample. Will go here to buy my perfume from now on.

Bought a Van Heusen belt and that's where the trouble started. Poorly made with paint on the belt buckle coming off within days of using it. Came back and exchanged it for another but the same thing happened. To make things more difficult I had misplaced the receipt.
Was told that store policy was that I required a receipt or nothing could be done. I checked with WA department of Commerce who confirmed that all I needed to prove that I had purchased the belt there, i e credit card statement. In store staff were great and really tried to help and seemed to be tied to a store policy that isn't aligned with consumer law.
Eventually returned belt and got my money back. 0 stars for belt but 4 for staff

I LOVE myer for it's atmosphere.it's clean.well stocked.great bargains can be picked up with additional discounts.points system is worth it's while.good quality goods and helpful staff.

Always a pleasure to shop at MYERS. Good service, competitive pricing, wide range of choices. Pleasant shop layout and display. Usually holds special promotion with generous discount. Highly recommended.

Little wonder Myer is going down the Gurgler, terrible service at this store, they are advertising Womens Sketchers shoes at 25% discount, but when I went to pay for them they told me that I had to buy another item to get the discount, I told them that I would go to David Jones and get the same shoes at the same price without purchasing another item they just ignored me and walked away, sorry Myer with that attitude you will be out of business sooner than later. Never again will I go there.

A lot of the Jens brands I liked such as Wayne Cooper, Saxony and Peter Werth are no longer stocked. New brands seem less desirable and cheaper looking.

Service was average. Couldn't supply or source any of the steamer products we requested of the shop floor. Overall very poor experience.

Cant believe myer still exists. Soo daggy. They need to gut all myers buildings and triple the size of kmart and put that in its place omgggg

Clean store with all of the standard features you have come to expect from a Myers store. I was very pleased with the assistance I got when purchasing a new clothes iron, the gentleman had good knowledge and helped me pick the correct iron for my needs

Good sales as long as you know what you are looking for, otherwise just too much sales stuff to get through to find the actual bargain.

Staff were friendly but the shop was a waste of time. There was not a lot of stock and what stock they did have was hugely over priced
