Gurcharan in Kitchenware was so lovely, and extremely helpful, but the way some impatient people spoke to her was downright rude. Wait your turn people, you are no more important that than the person she was serving

Have spend 24 minutes on hold then answered with a lady telling me there is too many people calling and asked me to call back later. I was simply needing to arrange somebody else to pick up my click and collect order by a family member that had already arrived at the store. Called back after 30 minutes and keep getting disconnected. Not good enough Myer!

The Lady in the change rooms? Was helpful + very nice. When I went to pay for my items of clothing, the lady at the till was very nice / everything went through smoothly!

Easy access from rooftop to Menswear. Well helped by staff. In and out in 45minutes with some sports shorts and a nice short sleeve shirt for $50. Parking pretty easy too

Worst Myer we have been to. Usually does online shopping. Hardly go in store to do shopping. 1st time we’ve being at Booragoon store. Not familiar with the store at all. We’ve been checking some shirts for hubby and a dress for myself with our son. We’ve been asked couple of times if we need help and also made a comment “oh you are back” from a staff in ladies dress section. When ready to pay tried to find a check out and security guard appeared from no where and asked if we are paying for items we purchased. Very intimidating. Main reason we went because we had a gift card. Wont be going there again.

Great choice of shops, easy parking but wouldn’t recommend the food court - that was limited for choice - otherwise a good experience for our first time there.

I wanna say a big thank you! To Michelle in the men’s clothing department today. Excellent service with helping me out wiih a genuine heart ️ and genuine help for the customer.

100% great service. I had a last minute problem in which I needed a dress in a particular colour. Pilgrim staff Sarah was absolutely amazing! So kind check other stores for me! And I ended up getting a dress in pilgrim. Soo grateful for her!?

A quick visit to purchased item searched for online and breakfast. One hour and we were done and dusted.

Just bought 2 pair of shoes from the men's department with the assistance of Kim. The section was quite busy and Kim managed to attend to every customer's needs. For my own experience, it was beyond my expectation. I've picked out a shoe and requested for a particular size. She came back with 2 boxes and I was wondering why she had 2 boxes. It turns out that she brought back the pair I asked for and also recommended me another pair that I may like. If I was to hire a personal shopper, she will be the top of my list.

I’m so happy, I visited myers in garden city to purchase a suit, served by Arwin, a fantastic guy, he picked my suit knowing what look was required and spent a long time to get it.

Hopeless. Staff is barely present, no one knows anything and they never pick up the phone.

Today I was assisted in footwear by Lilly. She was extremely helpful and attentive and helped me find the perfect pair of white sneakers. I have been looking for and trying on sneakers for two weeks but couldn't quite find the right fit. So nice to find someone friendly and willing to go the extra mile.

Bought online goods from Myer and was wanting them in a hurry, selected and paid for express shipping - express shipping is still yet to arrive a week later due to Myer using Aus Post instead of an actual courier. Last time I buy anything online from here.

Went there to find lego for presents. Lots of choice. However I prefer the price tag is not being stuck on the box, because first for a present it may damage the box. Second, there is a premium lego worth collecting mint. Having the price tag on the box plus with the alarm wire, may/will damage the box and that reduces the value.

Please make a clear sign which lego is on sale. Had a ambiguous impression that everything is on 20% sale, turned out not.

From observing the staff customer service to others, I can tell they're pleasant and polite.

Lastly, please fix the toilet flush. I don't understand why it asks to hold the flush button for 10 seconds to flush
Even my 6yo questioned that too.

We wanted Skecher shoes and they didn't disappoint, bought a great pair at a reasonable price.

We would like to provide our compliment to the young lady working in the shoes department today (our apology that we didn’t get her name but knew that she is Y10 student so probably a part time worker there) for her excellent service and patience. Though we didn’t end up buying the school shoes due to the budget, it was such a pleasing experience to have this young lady looking after us.
