Sells a bit of everything.
Particularly good for clothes and toiletries

My husband and I went to the mens shoe department. Lady that served us was polite enough but she wasn’t very good at getting different sizes or even suggesting different brand of boots to try when the size wasn’t available. Not engaging enough. I had to basically do her job and prompt her to help us. Sick of this service at Myer.

Horrible staff. As I walked in with my pillows to return a self important staff member rudely starred at me as I walked past. I starred back and her and asked her why she us staring at me? No response. Very rude and arrogant attitude. Then when I was returning the unopened pillows I bought from Myer online there was a big palava about it. I was walked to the managers office and the Sheridan staff member quietly spoke about me saying I was trying to return pillows. The young lady who I dealt with was pleasant and more than willing to accept the unopened pillows and give my money back. Up until then it was going to be a debate with the staff telling me I couldn't return unopened items. I quickly asked to speak to the manager because I wasn't being assisted by the bedding department staff. After speaking to the lady in a managerial position she was ready to help me, not like the other staff members. The Sheriden woman was absolutely rude and arrogant. She spoke at me saying "I'M TELLING YOU! Like she was talking to a toddler. I quickly said " do not speak to me like that". She didn't like that. Rude, entitled and self important staff! No wonder there's no one shopping in there anymore these days

Will stick with my local store, they are awesome! At least ONE very rude manager here. How dare I want to pay for something at closing.

Went to buy a pair of shoes for my partner. They have a rage of quality shoes to choose from. Easy undercover parking.

Phoned the Booragoon store and was on hold for 57mins. All I wanted was the Chanel counter to ask if they had my product in. Terrible phone service.

So touched by the kind act by a Staff in Clinique counter in Myer. The Lady named Jen was so kind to our daughter and she helped us really well to choose our cosmetics even though she was alone in there and shop was so busy. She is a gem of a Person. Myer should reward her and other staffs could make her a role model.

There is a big morale problem here, they go to great lengths, almost as if they have been trained to not help—so they can get back to doing nothing, and Chatting loudly amongst themselves as if they are in a coffee shop for a bar or something. The staff here are the pits

Myer in Perth City has an exciting and elegant vibe.
I always go for basically the same product at the Deciem counter.
I've been countless times, and every single time I wander around lost and unable to find it!
The skincare/makeup/fragrance area off the Murray Street Mall is like navigating through a chaotic jungle!
I received wonderful service though, when I eventually found it.again.
I think the layout needs to be simplified.

Shocking! My missus ordered a Homedics Therapist Select Plus Percussion Massager online for pick up, picked it up and opened it at home only to find it empty without the gun! What a waste of time and petrol for such a disgraceful and sloppy sales from a premium departmental store

I have a bad back and wanted some walking exercise so my wife and I decided to just have a nosey at Myer. On a couple of occasions the sales ladies looked very strange at us like we wanted to rob the store. Maybe because we are black and maybe that is how we are seen; stealers. I will not return to Booragoon Myer anytime in the future. It really made me feel embarrassed and insulted. Just to think, not that it matters, that we earn 5 times the sales lady's salary and we get treated in such a way. Some Australians can be very racist and love stereotyping people of colour. Not happy

Very few staff obvious, ladies tiolets very dirty they need a thorough clean repaint and repair.

Exellent customer service! I would like to thank Kyle, a guy from staff, who was very helpful in solving some problems I had because I had lost a receipt for a vacuum cleaner. It has broken being on warranty. Thank you very much!

I have been coming to Myer to find good toys and homewares since I moved to Perth.

Especially, the toy clearance corner is my favourite.

And kindly they send me when I got $10 voucher by collecting points.

Also Myer got a parenting room and normal restroom with a wide space to push a pram.

Myers was good as it has several smaller wholesalers within it.
We bought from Ferari suits, young guy was excellent, measuring and putting ties on my son. Thank you

Walked around for 30 mins every e is to busy catching up with friends talking about uni to offer any help. I hard three shirts I wanted to buy. Just put them down and walked out in the end
