Not the best and not the worst but i did have pretty much everything from my sausage and egg Mcmuffin 'escape' into the bag when trying to take it out
It's okay, but a bit slow at times, they also seem to be enforcing the use of the digital ordering system.
Never ever get food on time. Place looks like a mess, bad management. Young workers always talking loud
In drive through at 10: 25. Asked for Happy Meal. Denied and told to wait until 10: 30. Was 10: 32 when out of drive through.
Tends to have a lot of undesirables hanging around with a few beggars outside the main doors. Just stay alert if you intend to go.
Processed our order through the self serving register paid for our order and it kept displaying errors. The printer didn't print a receipt at all and our number was displayed but only for a second. Then it was error after error.
Mcdonalds needs to make sure there self serve checkouts are working 100% this is the second time now that these registers have stuffed up.
The other incident was a few months back and we made staff aware of the issue but when a team member "fixed" the issue they did nothing but walk up, give it a visual inspiration and walk away from the problem.
Food that I have orded at times was cold, the chips were so overcooked you could use them as firewood, a tip for readers is to order your fries without salt thus making them cook fresh chips. Grab a handfull of salt packets before you leave
Staff stuffed up our drinks and just threw food into thr bag. Service was bad and then to get our order fixed we had to join the queue again
They’re very untidy. I found a small piece of plastic in my hotcakes. 2nd there’s no bbq sauce for my nuggets and no butter for my hotcakes. Please be more clean.
