McDonald's Whitford City

Poor management and poor organisation. Just a bunch of kids that they don't know what they are doing. I seriously waited 50min last time for my food. I had to ask for my money back couple of times because I was fed up after 20min waiting. Very long waiting time for a "fast-food".
You might as well drive further to get your Macca's. And please don't go there on the weekend, unless you are really really really patientOften stuff missing in their orders

Worst Macdonalds in Western Australia, I always make the mistake of coming here once month hoping surely they can’t be that bad…. They are. This time we waited 15mins for 4 meals for which they forgot 1 and both toys in the happy meal. Generally here the burgers and chips are cold and meals forgotten, Seriously if your craving macdonalds make the extra journey to Duncraig or Beldon, these guys are consistently terrible.

Very bad customer service. Waited there 20 mins, no one served me at all. Staff was out of the world with no smile on face.

️️️️I asked for a Big Mac No Cheese & Extra Big Mac sauce, they obeyed the order to put extra sauce, but kept the cheese!

Would of actually purchased something if we could find the drive through entrance?

Whitford’s City McDonald’s? More like Fraudford’s City McFrauds! I have been a loyal customer of this venue since I moved here from Germany a several years ago. Part of my weekly tradition has been to frequent the McCafe on a Tuesday evening for a hot chocolate to keep my spirits high for the long night shift ahead. This evening when I tried to purchase my favourite beverage my tradition was very rapidly torn asunder. To my dismay the rather gruff looking cashier by the name of ‘Bodey’ refused to serve me and proceeded to inform me that the Cafe area had closed at the rather impractical time of 8: 30pm. I knew this to be a falsehood having become such a loyal regular and asked to speak to his manager so that we may try mediate this injustice. Bodey disappeared to fetch his manager but after several moments of no response I conceded it was not meant to be and left. TO MY HORROR once I returned to my vehicle, who should I find but Bodey rubbing his flaccid genitalia across the windshield of my Ford Fiesta! 2/5 absolutely appalling service but still better than Muffin Break Maddington.

So many times are things not working, out of stock or just plain can't get the order right. This has got to be hands down the worst McDonalds in Australia.
Havnt been here for a few years. Living in the area again so figured I’d try it. DONT waste your time. Still pretty bad. BUT they aren’t the worst around, that prize now goes to Beldon who can’t even get a simple bacon meal right.

The McChicken Burgers are McGood, same with the McChocolate McThickshake but i don't McLike the McNuggets Becuae it is McProcessed McChicken.

The Mcbigmac was Mcgood and Mcgood Mcservice.

Every single one of the 6 people that I saw on the front counter were rude and miserable, and even the 2 managers that were on, so rude and ignorant. I was waiting for my food for almost 15 mins and not one of them even smiled back at me.
Disgusting service, disgusting management.

Diabolical service! The most useless drive through. Waited over 10 minutes for a small order and then they forgot some of it.

Went there tonight and waited ages in the drive thru. When I got my food the burger was cold and tasted like nothing. It was meant to be spicy chicken but had no spice at all. The drink came with no ice and was warm. Very disappointed ended up throwing most of it away.

Slow, disorganised and incompetent, always a ridiculously long wait while food is sitting out getting cold because no one seems to know what they’re doing.

Waited too long. Poor service by very young staff. Wont be back, advertised pictures of product dont match what is in the bag. But, not the kids fault, just greed.

The worst mcdonalds ive ever experienced. Third world countries produce better than this. Search Whitfords McDonald's on you tube. To see the digraceful s#*t they serve

Very disappointed, was greeted by a very unenthusiastic staff member. I had asked for two Coke Mcspiders with the staff member being unresponsive multiple times. Eventually the staff member responded after many failed attempts with “we don’t do them anymore”, which left me very disappointed and confused as I had gotten the same order the day before. After settling for another item I had asked the staff member “why you don’t do them anymore” where he had then told me “I don’t know how to put it through the machine” and didn’t seem to care to ask any other staff members around him in the window when i had asked him to ask someone else. The staff member was not wearing a name tag at the time nor did any other staff member i saw during my experience which looked very unprofessional especially for review purposes. Staff acted very unprofessional once being confronted too about the matter, handing my order without a smile or even the time of day to look at me, very disappointed with this experience, I had ended up going to McDonald’s Duncraig being served by the very wonderful Crystal who had gave me the exact order I had wanted without any issues at all and with very wonderful customer service.

A let down.
Ordered something very simple, chips, coke, nuggets and a cheeseburger.
Nothing gormet, but ended up waiting longer than several people behind us.
Eventually brought the food out to the waiting bay and the chips were cold, the coke was diet and neither the nuggets or cheeseburger were hot.
They must have forgotten about the order and left our food sitting for a few minutes.
Won't be spending money here again, better to drive five minutes to the Beldon one.

Not that happy with McDonalds Whitfords. They get too busy and service can be slow. I don't like their coffee

Food court Maccas at Whitfords. It was busy but service was still very quick and food was nice.

When I first moved to Duncraig, it was crazy to me that this Maccas was not 24 hours! But im guessing its not required in this area. Other than that, its a decent Maccas and when they are on point, the food is really good but if they are having a bad day/night, mistakes tend to be made and the food isnt as great. Really good staff though.
