Yet again a very disappointing experience here. After waiting over 10 min in the drive thru waiting bay, we received stone cold food. The chips were only half full, the order was incorrect, they forgot the drink and argued that they were correct. The bill established we were. Appalling service, disgusting food and a lengthy wait and shame on me, it’s not the first time.

Went through drive through after hours.all the food was so cold and stale it was ridiculous.chips felt like they came out of the fridge and nuggets so stale they went straight in the bin.this was the 2nd time this has happened to me at this venue in 2 visits. Never again

Pathetic excuse for a double Big Mac. How hard is it to line up the beef with the burger. I opened the box and the pattys nearly fell out the side. The young girls up the front were too busy talking to someone possibly an off duty employee to worry about what’s going on. Fix your game because that’s really bad.

Absolutely disgraceful! Will not be returning under any circumstances. Was going in to grab a quick lunch but the staff had other plans making me wait about 8 minutes just to order! Whilst ordering the boy working seemed uninterested and didn’t smile once! After receiving my medium fillet o fish meal i had found a long hair on my fillet o fish. I was so disgusted I couldn’t eat for the rest of the day. When bringing it up with the staff a girl with Glasses said it was probably my hair! She didn’t take my concerns seriously and it is seriously creating a health and safety issue. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS OR LOVED ONES HERE! BEWARE. GO TO HUNGRY JACKS INSTEAD FOR A CHEAPER AND BETTER QUALITY MEAL!

Always enjoy coming here, the food is great a full of love, the service is great, always has people smiling and being polite, the drive thru is quick and polite with no issues, had trouble one time and the nice boy James Thomas fixed it straight away, would come here again and recommend others do the same.

Plenty of staff on shift that aren’t trained, also don’t bother ordering from the McCafe after 4.30 as they put it off prioritising other orders.

I always order med iced caramel lattes and they are hit or miss really. Sometimes amazing with perfect amount of caramel syrup sometimes it’s just straight coffee and no syrup. Barely any ice as well. And the wait for coffees is insane, they are the bottom of the orders, sometimes forgotten as well when they are kids standing around trying to look busy but not doing anything

Usually the best coffee, very well (barista) made, but went tonight that at around 7.15pm and was terrible coffee. Had to throw away. Not happy: (

Worst drive through service I’ve ever had hands down. Also makes everyone wait in the waiting bay even if you just ordered a fkn water

To add to the problems cause by a ridiculous waiting bay that makes scraping the side of your car a significant risk, they have now introduced a payment pad attached to the wall so low you have to get out of anything higher than a Ferrari. What's going on?

Worst Maccas in Perth, I just waited 20 minutes in the Drive - thru, for the worst frappe i have ever tasted. DRIVE 5 MINS TO ANOTHER, NOT WORTH

We were asked to park in the waiting bay as they were preparing fresh fries, ended up waiting 19 min and fries were stone cold and sundays were melted, when they finally arrived wasn’t a big order or complex.

Terrible terrible. The kids that work in the establishment don’t know what’s going on. They are very vague. I ordered a bacon Angus burger and got a classic. The self serve touch station always has issues and won’t take card payment. Definitely the worst Maccas in Perth.

This Maccas is always flat out and under the pump! Did an app order to pick up at the counter as I did not want to weave through the sea of people standing around waiting for their orders.

Ordered a post-mix drink, and upon collection they just placed order on countered and moved onto the next one. Wish they had given a straw to go with the drink (two consecutive orders handed out with no straws, whats the point of ordering a drink), came back to ask for a straw and got an annoyed reply from the staff.

I'm a disabled person and there are no disabled toilets visible to public customers. Also the chicken pieces I received in my two piece feed was lacking of chicken meat. My first visit to Mandurah in about 30 years, and this leaves a sour impression with me.

Terrible and always make customers park up for drivethrough. When this happened last ime i said, no, i want a refund and all of a sudden they had my food ready.go figure

Messed up my partners and my own meal. Waited awhile for them to serve, even though had nobody waiting due to being late.

Good fast food, l mainly go for thier coffee, frappes and frozen drinks. Partial to a happy meal also lol.

No icecream. Never have icecream. Change your machine. 2nd McDonald's tonight that has no icecream.

Worst McDonalds! Been coming here for years due to local location. Drive through always makes me wait even though I always order simple cheeseburger meal. Fries 1/2 filled & cold. Burger sometimes is warm & good.
