McDonald's Whitford City

Order was swamped with the Uber driver behind me. Kinda felt like a scam too as they pulled up at the same time and only ordered a cheese burger at 3am.almost like they were waiting to get a switch

Just found a hair in my burger and this branch always forgets stuff. Probably the 2nd complaint I've ever made about food but fkyall

Probably the worst maccas i’ve been too, they constantly forget half the order and when ordering at the speaker they don’t let you finish a sentence and cut you off every 2 seconds.

Food was great, when it arrived, staff & manager kept getting orders mixed up or completely forgotten.

They always park you in drive through for no reason so their stats look good, burgers are never made properly sauce is usually on the side of the box.

I was in a rush for the train and had to abandon my coffee because it took too long. I feel for the person leading the cafe area as she looked a bit overwhelmed and could probably use more support. Hash brown was lovely

Genuinely the worst. Drive thru is always slow, even at off peak times. Meals are often incorrect or cold.

Normally when I get to maccas at night or early morning some teenager is there that gives the worst service. But today at 4am some Indian lady was there and Props to her for actually doing her job and making me the best hash brown ever

Delivery arrived. Ordered breakfast bundle. They literally looked thrown into the bag, a couple of the muffins had fallen out of the wrapping. And completely forgot the 2 orange juices. Awful.

WORST MCDONALDS EVER. Both the drive through and counter are the worst service and food I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Close it down, it’s damaging your brand

Man 20 mins waiting bay from drive through.had to walk up and they had forgotten us. Seriously.

It's a maccas in a shopping centre, no better or worse then most. Drive though is a straight run. Pretty quick on orders.

Usual story.follow the signs to find your way, can't miss them.

I was aquatinted by my fellow companions as we made the very good decision of collecting some mcdonald's golden crispy chicken nuggets and succulent salty chips, or so we thought. We set out on our adventures in the early hours of the morning. Hungry as we were we sat in the drive through for 30 minutes only to be told that they were cleaning. Very disappointed as this isn't the only problem with the establishment such as forgetting items and even sometimes whole meals. If i could i wouldn't give them the honour of having 1 star but unfortunately i cannot. 24 hours but unfortunately this one hour was unavailable.

Pretty good imo.maccas chips are bomb and i like getting grape fanta from here.paper straws here are kinda mid but oh well.i love getting grape fanta.

Don't order anything on uber eats from this restaurant as my order took 2 hours to reach me and if i order something from another maccas same time it delivers in 20 minutes. Somethings wrong about this restaurant.

We rarely go here drive to duncraig or beldon as we know this place is the worst Maccas in WA. Tonight we thought we’d give them one last chance but nothing has changed. Usual wait 10 minutes to be served, then automatically get parked for ages. Then they hand you cold food and you get home to realise you have missing items. You go back and repeat all the steps above and guess what… they still get it wrong. Seriously put a decent manager here that can’t train staff appropriately and provide at least an average service to your paying customers.

Use drive through here once or twice a week and def weekends (chocolate ice with soy milk as I am vegan). The girls here are friendly, very professional and which says to me this place is well managed with the ability to pick very good staff. Love the Chocolate ice with the option of soy milk, hope you have more vegan products moving forward:)

This store doesn’t know what ‘extra onion’ means… AND NEVER USES RED ONION for a classic Angus, always using white onions which is NOT THE RIGHT INGREDIENT, I want fKN red onions not white smh

The worst maccas experience in ages. The staff could not cope.people were lining up and just being ignored by the poor girl being trained on the till. It was obvious she needed help but no one took over from her and the trainer was blaming her for all the mistakes.nobody informed the customers that the frozen coke machine had broken down so they just let people keep ordering them.it took about 35 minutes for my son to get 3 frozen cokes which were not available in the end.very disappointing. It was uncomfortable to witness the staff under duress like that.

Awful customer service, if I could give it 0 stars trust me I would have! I should not have to be waiting 15+ minutes on a not busy day for my families meal. Not only was the service bad, all of the Big Brekkie Burgers had no sausage/patty. Very disappointing.
