64Possibly the most disgusting customer service i have ever experienced. I ordered a drink with lactose free milk, as I have a severe milk allergy, not just an intolerance to lactose, I watched the girl make the drink with full cream milk, when I told the other girl that she made it with full cream milk, she (without asking the other girl) said "no lactose free", and I said no i just watched her make it with full cream to which she thought the best response was the say "have a good day" and slam the window in my face. I had to go to work so I didn't have time to go into the store and argue with her, so I paid extra for a drink I couldn't even drink. And the more alarming thing is that the girl that did this had a team leader shirt on, and if this is the customer service that a team leader displays I'd hate to see what the normal staff would deem as appropriate. I have worked in customer service for 9 years and worked in fast food for 5 of those and if I ever displayed that attitude and disregard for a customers enquiry and health my job would've been handed to me on the spot.
Just stopped off on my way home after night shift. I ordered 6 nuggets. When i got home and opened the box, there was 2 burger patties in the box
Am here at 10: 30pm, staff cannot handle the amount of customers.almost every table is filthy, noticed some people's orders have been been coming out incorrectly, orders been called out of order.this is the longest wait time I've ever had at a McDonalds.also my sprite tasted strange and my big Mac came without pickles.
We ordered 4 menus the other day and that was by far the worst Maccas experience we've ever had. Burgers were cold and sloppy, ingredients were missing in them and they were just thrown into the boxes. Chips were cold and soft, almost felt like we were chewing plastic. Drinks were watered down to the point that you wouldn't even figure out which drink you were having. We ordered Sprite but instead we got a weird tasting sparkling water with a tint of mould. I have no idea how on earth it took them one and a half hour to prepare this "feast". Will never order from them again, will never even pass through their doors. First and the LAST order from them.
