McDonald's Thomsons Lake

I just did an Uber eats order through maccas.
First off the crispy chicken wrap had close to no sauce and no Parmesan cheese in it and secondly we did not receive any sauce for our 20 pack of nuggets.
I tried calling the store multiple times but it just rings out.

Once again, they did not get my order right. Ask and pay for extra onions? Got no onions. Didn't tell them to remove the pickles? Removed the pickles. Ask them for one burger? Got a totally different burger. This has happened on over 10 separate occassions over the course of three years that Ive been in this area. I have returned on multiple occasions and complained multiple times but still, the staff aren't able to perform simple tasks that they set out to do. I'm beginning to question whether the staff are capable of reading the slips that come with the orders? I've worked in McDonald's before and this isn't even an honest mistake anymore, it's complete incompetence. Please get your staff to do a literacy test before working, so you can confirm that they are capable of reading at all.

Do I have to deconstruct my burger in the parking lot every time I order something from here before I drive home? Just to swing around again, and tell them, hey, you forgot to add the thing I paid for? Or hey, you forgot to do the job you're paid to do. Imagine buying a bottle of sprite to go home and open it up, and finding out it's water. Would you crack it open in the supermarket to make sure it's sprite? Why do we have to check our food because your staff are incompetent and can't follow basic instructions?

I had thought that maybe I was being unfair? Nope, it just happens with this McDonald's, no others I have visit had royally messed up an order as much as this outlet. Goodluck, I would have a guess and say you have a 40% success rate of actually getting what you ordered.

Absolutely FILTHY! Who's managing this place? Didn't eat here, left after using bathroom - absolute disgrace.

Very slow service and wait for the food when i go in there however two workers Kelsea and Raydyn are an absolute delight to be around and make it work coming there and make sure the food is up to satisfactory

Very slow service, ordered at 8 50 have been waiting for over half an hour, ordered fries and mcflurry and I'm still waiting

I had a ice black coffee it was great, my husband had a full milk ice coffee, he said it was the worst ice coffee he has ever had.

Manager during nights has no idea how to manage. You never get food on time and quality is terrible

Restaurant is dirty I think Armadale and kwinana are cleaner, rude staff and can't get orders right, use to be clean but I will now be driving to a cleaner place with less 17 year olds and more mature welcoming staff, managers are to young and don't seem to do much

Consistently the worst Macca's around. Rude, incompetent staff. Often get the order wrong. Long mach? Here's a mocha. Extra cheese? Here's the standard amount, we won't forget to charge you extra though

Ordered meals for kids and coffees for myself and my wife, sat in queue for at least 5mins to get to pay point and at least another 5mins to get to pickup point, at which I’m advised the the order wasn’t ready yet and asked to park in waiting area, sat in car for a further 30mins until my patience ran out and went inside to collect my order, still took another 5mins, refuse to visit this location again, would rather drive 10mins out of my way to the next nearest location. Useless. Lacks direction.

My local MacDonald's store.went thru drive thru on Saturday night and then tried again Monday (tonight), wanted to buy icecream. Both times get told icecream is not available the machine isn't working properly. Seriously put a sign up before drive thru. I was stuck in drive thru for around 20 mins Saturday night. Get a new icecream machine. I swear sometimes it's just because they are too lazy. This store is always filthy dirty if your brave enough to go inside. Some of the staff are rude. Had one cook laugh when I brought my incorrect order back one night. He was obviously responsible and thought it was a joke.
Again went through the drive through and tonight get home to find an incomplete burger. No lid no sauce, no lettuce. Yes they were busy and understaffed but what happened to the rest of the burger?

Two female employees were fighting while we were waiting for our Sundae. They then asked me what we were waiting on, didn’t read the order and gave me a poor excuse for a sundae. We told her that it was missing M&ms and extra sauce. She huffed and puffed and came back with M&ms on top, no extra sauce. We didn’t take it further, clearly the issue in the kitchen was more important than serving customers and providing them what that order.

Worst McDonald’s ever visited, always cold, old, non salty and half full chips, strawberry shake is super pink and weird tasting.keep thinking it must get better - never does. They don’t try to make half decent food.

Terrible customer service. The staffs attitude is horrible. Please tell your staff to smile more or just quit their jobs if they hate working there so much. Would be nice if you could get the orders correct but it's maccas what do you expect.

Waited half hour from 1: 45 am to 2: 30, did not get served. As the manager said the system is down. I asked him if he can do cash orders, was told they can’t.

Incredibly SLOW and inefficient service. It appears you can’t order more than one meal without getting put in the waiting bay. Very poor - recommend you find an alternative store as even when it arrives they don’t get it right!

Good luck getting a staff member to even make eye contact with you. Customer service is dead since the touch screen ordering came in

Ordered medium burger meal.got the order, went to grab burger from the bag and it was not put in properly. Only one bun and container came on hand.and the quality of burger you can see. No it was not busy, i was the only person on drive through.

Ordered a small slushie for my 4 year old, given a large. Requested a small, told they're the same price. Said I would like a small as the large is too much for my daughter.
Told me I was wasting their time. Poured the large into a small container in front of me, was only 3/4 full. Requested a fresh one. Rolled her eyes at me and practically threw it at me.
Rudest customer service I've ever experienced.
As a previous mcdonalds employee I know this is unacceptable.

Got delivery of burger and chips, the chips were old and tasted horrendous, the burger was an absolute mess. Will never buy Maccas again
