McDonald's Thomsons Lake

Ordered McDonald on Uber eats and I received the wrong order. Staff are not double checking the bags and the receipts to ensure it’s all correct. Disappointed.

McDonald's is just like any other McDonald's. It is pretty Basic if you ask me if thay are always make new improvements there its Nice

I understand that at the moment there may be staff shortages but its obvious your driv thru is quite busy in the morning. Why not roster your more efficient staff to manage it during these hours. I would have to say for the last year it has taken an average of 10 minutes to get through therefore creating a massive queue which is not ideal for the infrastructure around your store.

This is the most hit or miss mcdonalds.sometimes the service is quick, sometimes it takes like 20 minutes.sometimes the food is fresh, sometimes its old and stale
sometimes i feel fine after eating it, sometimes i feel like im going to throw up my organs
yet i still go frequently

This is NOT how you make a large chocolate sundae with extra topping! Where's the topping? No one pays for just extra ice cream! Please train your sundae maker properly.

Ordered drive thru, half of big mac wasnt even in the box. Triple cheeseburger is just a normal burger. Srsly disappointing

Drive thru gets everyone served quickly even when busy! Coffee is always great and the perfect temp.

Absolutely disgusting service, ordered at 3: 45 with Menulog and didn’t receive until 5: 30. Food was stone cold, thick shake was off before we received. Clearly sitting on the counter for over an hour and now completely wasted money and food, not happy and not going back there again

Not 24hrs as advertised. Went to the drive thru and told us not taking orders due to "system update" but there is a guy eating food inside.

This is the worst McDonald’s in Perth. The wait time is ridiculous.they often get the order wrong or they can’t fulfill the order.

Worst drive through in Perth. Always slow, cars blocking traffic, regularly forget to put items in bag and frappé machine usually out of order. Avoid at all costs if you're in a rush because you'll be in line for 15 min or so

MANAGER FIX YOUR DAMN ICE CREAM MACHINE. HOW LOW CAN ONE STORE GO. ITS BEEN NEARLY 2 MONTHS NOW. HOW PATHETIC.

Third time I have gone here and the order has been wrong or missing something. No care at all. Would not recommend going here. If you want food literally go anywhere else.

Seriously, I know it a first world problem but they have given me the wrong order four times in a year. Yea I’m getting fat but I still want the food I ordered! Oh and you never accidentally get a better order! It’s always a cheeseburger instead of a BigMac. Pffffft.

Last time I order for delivery, seem to always get it wrong and items missing, I am wasting my money there.

This is what you get after waiting more than 50minutes on Uber order of just 2 burgers (the driver himself waited more than 30mnts at the store). A cold Crispy Chicken Deluxe with smelly buns where the entire bottle of chicken sauce was flipped over. All that could be tasted was chicken sauce in the burger. Let alone the scattered lettuce everywhere except the burger. I have ordered the same item before from them and these guys are getting better every time. So couldn't resist myself from reviewing this time. Certainly not the quality expected from a corporate store operated directly by McDonald's where franchisee stores are giving way more efficient service. If anyone from the head office are watching this please improve the quality of the staff in this store. Not a single time I have been able to get a properly made burger from this particular store. Even when I go to dine in, the staff seems to be struggling with every single order. I literally have to ask the staff directly about my order and stand right in front of the pickup counter so that my food would not be left right on the table for 10 mnts. Your food is not cheap, so please try to make the quality up to it. It is not much to expect a little care on the preparation and service after spending your hard-earned money on this. I am definitely not ordering from these guys anymore.
