65Okay coffee and soft serve was average, but the smile on my face as me and my partner ate it in front of our kids because they misbehaved was priceless.
Some of the staff including the one driving a blue Suburu Hatchback who works at the store is so rude and the suburu owner drives out like crazy, ill be taking my services to Canning Vale now, get better service there (plus no trouble makers from the nearby tavern)
After ordering a large fries as part of my order I got home to find a disappointing amount of fries in a 'Large' container. Seems to happen here more regularly than other stores. Not good enough. Waiting time inside the restaurant is not great either.
Service was slow. Only one til and customer taking ages to decide. No other staff jumped on other til even though there was many of them. I moved over to the mccafe side to order faster. When order came to table it was missing the drink and the toy. Had to go back to counter to ask for them. Then ordered another burger. The staff member said we don't do that. Yes you DO! This place needs more staff training and a manager that has eyes on the floor at all times
The playground is very small. I couldnt imagine having any more than 5 children playing in there at a time
