McDonald's Forest Lakes

Went through drive-through this morning with the family, on the way to AQWA. On the way we discovered we were missing all of our hash browns (5), but we weren't in a position to go back for them. Also missing straws and serviettes.

Forgot my shaker fries. Absolutely useless.

Edit 1 year later. Must be hiring kids from kindergarten now, since they can only count up to 10. Not that hard to get 20 nuggets into a box. Have no clue where they find these people.

Took more than 20 minutes for a simple order, then they had to put the order through again. Slow service never have high expectations for mcdonalds.

After waiting over 15 minutes for our meal we were very very disappointed in our order. I have photos of my mangled burger, my half a cup of a large frozen coke, and the "garden salad" what a joke. Handful of diced lettuce and 2 small bits if tomato.

Gave me uber driver the wrong uber eats bag so i didn’t get what i brought and wasn’t able to get a re fund

Always Excellent service by the beautiful Alex on drive thru! She is always bubbly, friendly, efficient and happy to have a chat!

Last 5 or so times i have been there the chips have been pretty much cold.they made me wait 10 minuests in the waiting bay tonight and yet still the chips are cold.how & why is that so difficult. Its half of the meal.
Not happy & not returning either.

Drive thru was so helpful.we ordered a bunch of stuff and the girl was really lovely and said if we didnt mind waiting a couple minutes she could combine the separate items into meal packs and saved us quite a few dollars.what a pity staff are not allowed tips - what a nice thing to do!

4 star as whenever i put an online order to pick up through Drive Thru, they always say, "unfortunately we dont have this"

Drive thru - A lovely young lady by the name of Alex served me in the drive thru today, she bubbly, energetic and friendly. Such a pleasant surprise, well done Alex your customer service is fantastic.

Ordered a burger with salad. Now Mcdonalds has started skimping on the salad, by excluding cucumber from the salad. Apparently they don't put cucumber in any more. The burgers get smaller and more expensive.

If I could give no star i would, they served 3 people before me and I wax there first, they got my order wrong and it was cold so wanted fresh so they punished my 3 year old by so over doing the salt that she couldn't even eat it, so perthetic, do yourself a favor and avoid that place, its always filthy too.

Cleaning staff needs to be more attentive for in store cleaning.
They are very busy with their online orders and drive through.

Most the time they are very good sometimes 5 star service rarely bad food but that will happen in any food service restaurant

Won't ever go back what a disgusting meal given Bacon in a burger that was dry and looked disgusting and took a photo from my phone Asked for freshly cooked chips twice yeah right I hate cold chips even grandson didn't like his nuggets he said they tasted spicy, a minus 10 out of 10 and can't post if i don't hit one star

I ordered 2 large fries today and specifically told them to make it fresh, on delivery the girl told me they are fresh but they were soggy and so smelly. Dissappointed again

Terrible again go through drive thru told to park and totally forget us have to go in still no order. Third time in a row bad experience

Ordered tree nuggets meals not one sauce called up to sort it want answer the phone
I’m sure the bad service is due to bad attitude from the top down

Drive through ordered 2 x filet burgers and 6 x nuggets to be all made fresh. Got to window and was assured by server it was made fresh. Dried up and cold burgers definitely not fresh. Has happened multiple occasions. One time I asked how it could be fresh as I had only ordered less than 3 minutes ago and she turned her nose up at me and said "That's why it's called fast food, hmpf. " Got a few salty workers there.

There was a very thick black hair in my pancakes, and when we took up to show them they really didn't seem to care. They were asked to remove onions from the burgers.but the burgers had onions. The slushies tasted like syrup and were runny not icy, they were not what we ordered either. We waited for 15 mins for our meal. And it was cold (in store service). To be honest the whole meal was a disaster.
