McDonald's Forest Lakes

Had us sitting in the waiting bay for over 10mins. My partner went in to ask what was happening and they didn't offer an explanation, just wanted to refund our money. Staff was then rude to my partner. And they never fully refunded the WHOLE order.
They have vegetarian meals on their menu but I think they must not know how to actually prepare them. Causing confusion? Anyway, won't bother going back.

Several times i have had to wait for 20 min for an order to come through, no explanations whatsover. Not the best customer service at all. Never going back.

On 7/2/21 I went through drive thru only person in car placed order and when I got to window to pay was told very abruptly to put a mask on before my order would be finalised Not very customer friendly!

They constantly mess up orders, the wait times are ridiculous and if ordered off of UberEats half the order often arrives cold- and your frozen item arrive melted.

One of the worst McDonald's in Perth.

Sadly not great. Chips half full, burgers slapped together and falling apart. Half the ingredients in the wrappers, not the burgers. The wait time was great except had staff yelling "100 seconds! Just get it out! " Would rather wait a bit longer for better quality.

Ordered a Spicy chicken wrap today. 2 tiny bits of chicken schnitzel in the most ghastly bright orange sauce with a few bits of random lettuce. For 8 dollars it was dreadful. More sauce on wrapper than on flat bread. Horrible

Whenever i go here they give me the wrong stuff. Like for real i'd rather just eat a sandwhich than get the food it takes forever and is really poor. The 7 eleven across the road is better

Ordered a favorites box through drive thru.
They forgot half the order.
Can't be bothered to drive all the way back.

Always good service great coffee and spotlessly clean not that we frequent but when we have the above applies

Just bought mcflurry and both staff on drive thru not wearing gloves.how disgusting is that after they advertise our staff will be wearing gloves.young people with dont care attitude!

Sloppy burgers drive through staff very rude there is no customer service here its like a nuisance we wanted to order food. Very disappointed.

I was a little bit disappointed with the drive through cars blocking all entrances and parking bays so noone could leave. Would be appropriated if they had only one entry in to allow dine in patrols to have access to be able to leave.

Ordered a Oreo McFlurry. I was enjoying my Mc Flurry until I found a large lump in it which I thought was an Oreo. It wasn’t, it was a lump of ground coffee! This was not the only lump of ground coffee in my Mc Flurry. How on earth ground coffee lumps got into the Oreo mix is a mystery but will never have one again from there!

Chips wasnt good, it so suggy and oily, they ask me to wait in service area for the chips so i expected to be good but i was so disappointed about it. Last time it was the softdrink (sprite) it taste like water.

Gave me a frozen drink dripping down the cup. When i complained the girl wiped the cup and almost threw it at me.

Never ever order McDonald's forest lakes on ubereats because the McDonald's staff don't check the bags before they are delivered and forget full meals absolutely incompetent staff utterly ridiculous

Food was cold, do i need to say it every single time i go to one of these places? I thought it was a given that i would like my food hot!?

Four members of staff mismade/mistook my order for a simply long black with a splash of milk. Absolutely comical

The burgers and chips were just warm wasn't really impressed for the amount you pay you would expect hot chips and burgers. I also ordered frozen comes and 2 out of the 4 wasn't even half full and they were supposed to be large.

Very busy fast food outlet, serving all the usual McDonald's range. Average staff. Positive note, with the high volume of customers = fresh food that is served, as they don't have time to pre cook etc
